Vegan Gains released a new video going after Layne Norton, who is a certified doctor with a fucking PhD in nutritional science. He also accused him of juicing, which is rich coming from this dickhead. But seriously, who is going to be the more reliable source of information; a man with a PhD in the field he specializes in, or a sociopathic cunt whose recent claims to fame are filming and exploiting his grandfather's death and expressing his desire to sadistically murder someone for calling him a sociopath?

This dude's a clown, and keeps pouring stupid out. I do love his science bashing clearly anyone in better shape than vegan nogainz is jucing, so pretty much 99% of lifters are currently pinning.

It's a bit hard to tell because it may just be the high foundation, but given the proximity of the windows, he looks like a manlet.

I dunno, it's hard to tell. I didn't think he was because 1.) the back of the chair, if there is one, is never visible, and 2.) who just puts a random chair at what looks like the side of the house? It's difficult to tell, and I don't care enough to look at any of his other videos to confirm, but it doesn't really look like a patio or anything. But now I'm reading what I just typed and I'm feeling really autistic.

If he was just athletic I'd say maybe he's stronger than he looks but he doesn't look like a bodybuilder at all. Most vegans don't get all their amino acids. I know most will tell you they've done a ton of research and they know what they're doing and so on but it's my experience that if you talk to them about it their balanced diet is a bunch of tofu or something like that which won't cut it especially for an athlete.

Not that it can't be done but usually they don't pull it off.

Doesn't tofu also has a lot of hormones? Not so vegan to me. If you are truly concerned of animals being slaughtered you should consider kosher or halal meat since they are (allegedly) humanely slaughtered and blessed. But the only way if you are in the bodybuilding while vegan gain is to consume enough protein to compensate for meats like chicken or beef. Has he ever said anything about protein shakes or powders?

Well soy is supposedly estrogenic. Soy protein doesn't have all your amino acids but it seems like many vegans aren't aware of this. I actually think it's admirable to avoid animal products but it's my experience most of them like to talk more than listen.

Ok here's a vegan lolcow story. I knew a girl who got sick and fat from eating pretty much nothing but carbs. She started eating meat again because her doctor told her to ("forced her") and came along with my friend to waffle house where she yelled at him for hunting rabbits earlier in the week.

When I pointed out she was eating what was probably a factory farmed burger that very moment she responded with some bullshit about "destroying something that's free"

Concerned for animals as long as you can annoy other people and don't have to read or eat anything that's doesn't give you a calorie high. I seriously could not stand listening to this bitch when animals came up.
 
He's a total manlet. That knife he's always waving around is a cold steel Ti-Lite with a 6 inch blade. According to cold steel's website, the 6 inch version of the Ti-Lite when unfolded is 13 inches in length. http://www.coldsteel.com/Product/26ACSTX/6_TI-LITE.aspx (A full size Ka-Bar fighting knife is 11.875 inches in length http://www.kabar.com/knives/detail/30 to give you the ridiculousness of the size of this knife) which means the handle is 7 inches long. Crazy long knife or not a 7 inch handle is maybe a hand and a half for an average size person and it looks like the handle is long enough for him to choke up on, so I'd put him at around 5'2".

Soybeans contain a lot of what are called phytoestrogens. They act like estrogen in the body. This is no big deal for normal consumption, but if you (as a male) try to use them as your primary protein source, you're gonna get bitch tits or something.

Nothing on the profile to indicate that Jasmin is trans. Could just be a very androgynous looking female? Can't really tell with most of the profile set to private.
