You are wrong because the PSU delivers 350 watts, including on its 12V rail, while the GPU only needs 160, so it's good enough. The numbers add up to something way below 300W total, even leaving enough headroom for possible spikes. And besides, you will likely never see both CPU and GPU run at full electric load simultaneously.
