Desantis got embarassed by Laura Loomer in Florida, there's no one there in his home state, and now he's being a vocal fry bitch with blaming Trump.

Meatball only raised 15 million but they try and say it was 40 million because the PAC raised 25 million through large corpo donors.

i think one of my favorite things recently has been seeing the shitshow that chicago has become.
their aldermen are calling for votes to see what the populace think about being a sanctuary city, and they've been seeing absolute record numbers. kinda seems like the voters are gonna ignore it, since the hispanics and black polled over 80% and at 59% respectively, and huwitey hits 50% for providing MORE aid to the migrants, who literally are responsible for hundreds of ambulance calls.
the counter argument i always see to this shit is "they're torturing the migrants, they're using them as pawns, it's abbot/desantis' fault they're even hurt in in the first place, those places are the ones that should be taking care of these people!"
how the fuck are these poor as shit border towns supposed to provide better and more numerous care to the MILLIONS of immigrants they get over the course of a year, total, when the democrat's wealthiest cities can barely support a few thousand new immigrants.
it seems clear as day to me that cities that far away really never expected anyone to call their bluff, and i am enjoying every second of the fact that they have.

I have been told Trump's lawyers did not contest the stupid tax assessment figure.
So because it was uncontested this is how the idiotic ruling came down.
The adversarial trial system is immune to common sense.
Trump may lose his home due to legal malpractice.
He doesn't get first dibs.
He would have to bid against everyone else.
Today his attorneys caught most of the charges up with a "statute of limitations" push.
Let's just hope this saves his ass, because it's a pretty big fuck-up by his attorneys that he's even at this point.

Doesn’t matter. If all of it goes over 25 he can point and say the property was worth more and the case falls apart. So all he has to do is bid 25.1.
It’s not their fault the judge is an idiot.
But if what your saying is right…he needs to fire those lawyers.
I’d assume it was they tried to contest it but it was ignored. Because I can’t imagine they’d make such a fuck up.

I found about the border wall when I got to work this morning and I haven't been happier in a while.
There is a god, and I know this, because my desire to see the Democrats humiliated on a royal scale has been satisfied.
What makes this even funnier to me is that Biden can't even step down in disgrace, because it leaves his "Border Czar" in charge. Oh, the irony. Oh, the schadenfreude.
But because there is a real problem, and I'm pragmatic, I do have a suggestion, and if god would entertain just one more of my wishes...bring back Rooftop Koreans. Just a thought.

If his lawyers never contested this assertion of 18m value, then they're not allowed to appeal it.
Appeals are only allowed for contested findings of fact and objections on procedure.
and.. of course, constitutional concerns.
An appeal of what he DID contest may be enough, but he is not allowed to contest this valuation, on appeal or at trial.
His entire trial phase is basically fucked due to this.
