The Constitution says only "The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment." This theoretically means anyone could be Speaker but practically it's always been a member of the dominant majority party caucus in the House. If someone without a House seat is given the spot though they wouldn't have the ability to vote.

As for the rules about Trump being ineligible due to being indicted and how the House Republican Conference Rules of the 118th Congress work, perhaps he could just not be determined as a member of it as a technicality. They could also just suspend the Conference rules in general via vote.

Personally I don't know if Trump has a realistic chance of being Speaker, it would be funny if that did happen though.

Biden now says he was totally for a border wall but those dastardly Republicans stole the money for it.

I swear to fucking god if this asshole told me the sun came out this morning I'd find the nearest window and check.

The polling on the border must have flipped on these assholes, hard. Or it's a manipulation shit test for the upcoming budget stuff. Include a few dollars for border wall stuff (after he literally sold the completed but uninstalled border wall parts as scrap metal for pennies on the dollar just to make it so the GOP will have to pay full price for them again later on) amongst the billions in pork, use it as an attack ad if they dare say no to the pork.

If Trump is temporary Speaker I wonder if that would put a stay on the gay trials, make it even more obvious election and political interference.

The chief issue with JFK's death is that there is a SLEW of people who wanted JFK dead, to the point that it's impossible to truly know who the fuck did it because LOTS of people had motive and means:

The most notable being

1. The Mafia wanted JFK dead because JFK's dad (a former bootlegger with mafia ties) burnt every favor card the Mafia owed him he had saved up, to get them to help steal the 1960 election for his son. JFK didn't know until AFTER he got sworn in, leading to him recoiling in horror and ordering law enforcement to tell Hoover to eat shit, and start fucking going after the Mafia after decades of the Mafia being untouchable due to Hoover banning people to go after them (allegedly because the Mafia had proof that Hoover was gay/liked to crossdress).

2. The deep state/CIA, who were pissy that JFK didn't want to escalate the conflict in Vietnam into a full-on war and murdered JFK with LBJ's permission, so that he would give the deep state their war in exchange for killing JFK and making him President

3. Cuba, over the failed Bay of Pigs invasion and several CIA attempts to kill Fidel Castro

4. Anti-Castro folk in Florida/Louisiana who were pissed the fuck off that Kennedy pulled support during the Bay of Pigs invasion, resulting in it being a failed coup attempt and who were aided by the deep state/CIA, who were furious that Kennedy, after several failed CIA assassination attempts, canceled all further attempts on Castro's life.

Texas and Florida shipping the illegals to their doorsteps has changed the minds of the voters, but DNCe is the Uniparty: they serve cheap labor first.
So they'll build walls for the cameras, then once they're gone they'll continue welding open the gates and continue to openly aid and abet mass crossings via telecom and phone apps like they always have.

Someone mentioned this on the thread about the news of the bites, but I think it is a good theory:

Commander isn's feral or really out of control. He actually is a pretty normal and well behaved dog. The problem is Biden's dementia is acting up. Biden while inside the White House isn't as drugged up and managed, so that means he is allowed to act as his normal senile self. People with dementia are suceptible to big swings in emotions and random bouts of rage or despair and such.

Every time Biden has a incident, Commander would notice that he is distressed and get upset as well. And a dog that is upset can lash out. Especially if, say, Biden is throwing a fit because he wants ice cream or he forgot it's 2023 not 2003 and Beau has been dead for years and they can't call him. USSS tries and control Biden, but all Commander sees is his owner being very distressed and angry/upset and some glownigger trying to manhandle him. So he attacks.

It would also explain why it has taken so long to acklowge that Commander has been biting people, and why the few comments that have leaked make it sound like the WH people aren't as distressed about it as they should be over a rabid dog.

Biden has no choice but to build approximately 19 miles of new wall because Congress already appropriated that money when Trump was president

But it's being built - coincidentally I'm sure - in what is currently the biggest illegal crossing hotspot

And he didn't build it for 2.75 years despite saying now he has no choice but to build it because he has to

But now he is gonna build it, at the precise moment big name Democrat governors and mayors are blasting him on illegal immigration and the polls for him are absolutely disastrous on it

It very obviously isn’t a drop in the bucket, if it was these Democratic mayors would not be complaining about it. If there was ANY way to sweep it under the rug it would be in their best interest to do so, the fact that they’re very publicly bitching about it suggests that it’s a hundred times worse than they’re willing to admit.
