At least show an ounce of gratitude that he gives you a platform to have discussions. Going out of you way to be a dick and insult him on his website is downright trash behavior.

I really mean it as actual advice. Going to the gym is the first step for many doomers to fix their perspective on everything. It is the one general piece of advice that is effective and can change your life for the better in every way.
A lot of people fail to keep it up, but everyone I've trained who has made fitness a part of their life is in a significantly better position than before they started lifting. Personally, going to the gym has fixed a lot of my problems that women recommend going to a therapist for.

Octopi are extremely intelligent, probably the only reason they haven't made their own civilization worshiping Father Dagon, Mother Hydra, and Great Priest Cthulhu in their cyclopean abyssal cities is their lifespan is extremely short (~3 years)
