I don't know how many more times Trump and Vance can go "it's up to the states to decide." The only real contention with the issue seems to be states prosecuting people for going out of state to have it done, which neither candidate seems to support (but I'm basing that entirely off what they said on Joe Rogan.)

The tenth amendment is pretty clear, and there’s a process to change it with legislative approval instead of with activist judges.

Roe vs Wade was always a mistake, and people have been afraid to touch it. Technically, Trump didn’t; all he did was get three constitutionalists appointed to the bench
