Doing this during a partial shutdown instead of trying to pass either a DHS funding bill or the SAVE act is insulting. The entire reason they complained about not having time to vote on the SAVE act is because they needed to pass the DHS funding. I get letting people have some fun while working but Christ, you retards actually have shit you need to do. For those who don't remember, on February 13th funding for DHS lapsed and they still haven't passed a funding bill. If it wasn't for the BBB provision on ICE funds, ICE would also be defunded.
There's some argument to be made about using her likeness without her consent. Like, a stylized drawing in a hit piece billboard would be different, but a photorealistic video of her saying things that she didn't say definitely crosses some lines. It's one thing to have fun on the job when you get 9 vacation days a year, and maybe few weeks of PTO (i.e. most working people). These clowns get 3-4 MONTHS of vacation a year. Yet they're wasting time, sitting on their hands, and showing off their pets. It's complete bullshit.
