Want to really punish an obnoxious journalist? Ignore their existence.
A lot of normal people are over seeing the majority get fucked with needlessly without consequence. We've been ignoring obnoxious and verging on dangerous liberal  activists journalists for over a decade now, which is why there's an entire state of people who think federal immigration laws/law enforcement dont apply to them.
The KKK Act thing is a bit on the nose, but its exactly what would be applied to right-wing activists that disrupt into a mosque service. They're trying to run on this momentum of the left clearly breaking laws and intimidating people to do the classic "ackshually you guys are the real racists!!". Thats the alternate PR angle.

I agree with fatpacks that the outcome is predetermined here. After all, you'll never get a full jury to convict at this point. That said, bringing the full power of the state against them and forcing them to waste time and money defending themselves is still worthwhile, even if the jury will inevitably be hung.

Should've been NASCAR smh
Nascar is getting the race on the naval base in San Diego though, and there are a few tracks nearby DC anyway. Nascar has been trying to get into the Cali market anyway, not sure if they would have wanted a street race in DC, but it would have been awesome.

It's ridiculous how you amerimutts not only don't have voter ID, but the party obsessed with Europe actively opposes it. Back here in Italy we have to bring our ID card and an electoral card certifying every referendum or election we voted in.
The no voter ID thing is just states fucking around with the federal level of government. Everyone required some form of ID at some point, but voting goes back waaaaaay before photo ID even existed.

So, it’s our unique level of state independence that creates the issue

U.S. District Judge Margaret Garnett said in her decision that Mangione will still face two federal stalking charges, which each carry a maximum sentence of life in prison without parole. But she is dismissing murder and firearms charges “solely to foreclose the death penalty as an available punishment,” she wrote.

This is legitimately bonkers, maybe they struck a plea deal, who knows but the fact that a judge can determine "this gentleman who shot someone didn't actually shoot someone" is insane to me and I hope it wakes people up to the fact that the power that these mofos have over things is a real fucking problem.
So how long until Trump goes after Soros for treason against the USA for all his corrupt judges?
I'm going to assume that going after Soros would have horrible consequences because I have no idea why they haven't yet. Other countries have banned Soros entirely.

I have not seen a single positive thing for humanity come from this fucking nigger and his son will probably be worse.
