Why not? That's pretty much what they did for most of the kangaroo court trials at Nuremberg. Had a uniform? Nazi. Wasn't yours, it was your dad's or brother's, and you don't know where they are? Fuck you, shut up Nazi, get in the van. Same shit, different flags. Shitty as it sounds I think it'd be pretty funny to see antifags getting rounded up like the fleeing Nazis did after WWII. And yes, I am a hypocrite for that:

Reminder, the holocaust remains the only "naughty bad thing" in human history where the "I was obeying the (then) lawful orders of my commanding officer" defense was not just rejected but openly mocked like it's some big "gotcha" (still held to that standard to this day, though the actual defense itself doesn't seem to work anymore unless you're a liberal in Portland these days). Additional reminder that in wartime in many militaries it is a capital offense punishable by literal death (possibly right there in the field without court martial) to disobey a direct order of a commanding officer.

So like it or not, a good number of Germans were doomed at birth to be executed by their own government or brandished the worst of humanity by jews in the Hague and sentenced to life imprisonment (or death). Either do what you're ordered to do (at gunpoint) and be killed for it later, or refuse to do it (on your own volition since nobody else is gonna prompt you to question your morals) and get shot right then and there. Leaves a bit a sour taste in the mouth of any "justice" fans of any decent character.
