All this talk about political donations reminds me how the same liberals who bitched and moaned about Citizens United are the same people who praise European corporations which, for far longer, have been legally treated as people as early as the 1890's. Let's just copy the worst president, don't mind that LITERALLY EVERYTHING HE DID worsened and extended the great depression.
You can have full employment with people digging ditches, and another group filling them in. That's not productive, that's not beneficial, that's just dumb and just increases inflation since the gov has to print money to pay.

White Dems say "Yay Minorities" but ultimately only vote for white candidates. Remember the final three was Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and Joe Biden. The 2008 Obama fever was a unique thing.

Why not? Its law that the company has to serve a very narrowly defined view of their benefit. Why shouldn't they personally bear the burnt when that same company fucks up? And how is suing a company not ultimately suing them with extra steps?
