Paul isn't even remotely correct, because he, like Massie, is more interested in being a counter-signaling faggot than even doing his homework. It did not take me long to find out what the legal basis for sinking this boat was.

The short version is the Law of the Sea leaves ample room to blast hostile vessels out of the sea. The legal framework covers both pirates and and states you're at war with. While we can't drop bombs on Venezuela to sink hostile ships in its harbors, we can sink them the moment they enter international waters.

Think about it this way, we've always been able to just send in the Navy to sink pirate boats and bombard pirate harbors. We've never had to get a warrant from a judge. We, and the Royal Navy we inherited much of our legal framework from, just killed them if they were troublesome.

After 9/11, we realized we needed a framework to deal with other stateless international groups, and that's what the non-retarded parts of the Patriot Act do by basically extending concepts used to deal with pirates in the 18th century to their modern equivalents, terrorist organizations. The "terrorist group" designation basically says, "We're going to regard you and yours the same way we would have regarded Blackbeard and his flotilla of raiders 300 years ago. We're not sending the cops; we're sending the Navy. You're not getting arrested; you're getting shot." It's entirely legal, and Rand Paul's a faggot.

God damn there's so many RINO Senators. Ernst, McConnell, Tillis, and maybe Cassidy and Cornyn will be gone, but we still have Paul, Graham, Murkowski, Thune, and those under the thumb of big Pharma to deal with. Collins I can tolerate because she's a Maine Republican.

And JD is his chosen instrument?
I'm open to conspiracies, but I don't even know who Teal is. If you want me to buy into a conspiracy involving him, at least convince me he's evil first.

He founded PayPal. He's gay. He funded Hulk Hogans lawsuit against Gawker, hes worth like 20 billion, he runs a data analysis company. By supporting MAGA he got positioned to replace Amazon as our governments data analysis company. He once said "will we have more security with less privacy or less security with more privacy?" and well, that's something to think about.
He's christian and is obsessed with the antichrist.
He's a libertarian that believes in company cities where corpos compete as rulers ( see cyberpunk ) , infinite jeets are part of that strategy. Humans are resources and capital.

That's pretty much the situation. Instead of AWS the gov now uses Palantir, but that's WAY more to do with Trump and his contributions to the administration and MAGA than him giving JD a scholarship.
But then it wouldn't be a conspiracy theory.
He peddles in YOUR information though and makes billions off it, just like Cambridge Analytics, Google, Meta, Amazon and countless others. And for that hes certainly a piece of shit.
