These are known as Ghost jobs.

They are made to never be filled so that they can use the lack of it not being filled as justification for H1B and other outside-the-country hiring.
A little known fact about these hirings is that you need to appear as if you DID look for American talent but, if you just throw all the applicants in the trash you can still use that as a reason to apply for H1Bs.
Among many other factors like data/resume collection for later, build an illusion of growth, etc...

If you are looking for a job today, or fresh out of college it is VERY Common to send out 100s of resumes and recieve no response in return.
My only advice for those in this position is:
  • Just keep sending them out and keep a list / excel doc: with the title, name of company, url, person you talked to, date of last contact, and planned date of future contact.
  • Look for who the HR or hiring manager for that company is on LinkedIn and reach out to them personally.
  • In addition, tailor your resume to have the keywords for that job posting as now these companies put your resume threw a doc reader and if it doesn't contain a certain threshold % of matching words it is thrown out before it meets the HR's eyes.
  • Don't let your self worth be harmed if you have sent over 100s of posting and nothing came of it. It is their loss and you need to keep pursuing and posting.
  • If you are young explain this problem to your parents, (they'll understand quickly and for them this is yet another issue their child has to deal with that is unfair). Ask them if they could help and apply for roles with you and give them your best resume that covers everything. Share your Excel doc with them and they'll see how hard you are working and they can help. Even if they apply to places that might not match perfectly, it is better than not applying at all.
  • In all your interviews be: Kind, understand, inquistive, and open to being wrong, (and if you are ask if they can explain the correct answer.) People are not looking for the BEST IN THEIR FIELD candidate they want someone that is the Best to work WITH. Think about it this way:
    • Would you:
      • A) Want someone that is the greatest in their field but is horrible to be around. Constantly a social problem, stays in their corner, and not a team worker?
      • B) Want someone confident in their skills, willing and wants to learn, a joy to be around, happy, excitable, makes the interviewer feel like a human and not an obstacle to a job, and is a team player.
    • I think we all know the answer.
But this shit needs to be illegal and needs to be illegal quickly.

The place I know that had the massive Jamaican security guard over the years eventually started hiring fresh off the boat indian manlets. One of them was so small, so unqualified and nebbish (he literally looked like a 13 year old that dressed up in his dad's clothes and shoes) that the business complained to the security company.

There is a Mexican chain burrito place here that is entirely Indian run. You walk in and dont even smell Mexican spices, just curried b.o. They also replaced the regular rice with basmatti, which is starchy and bizarre.

But yes there are plenty of welfare leeching whites. The difference is that a) the broader white community calls them out on their shit and b) they dont get the handouts so have incentives to not be shit as much.

Conceding territory was always going to happen. Unless Ukraine decisively beat Russia, you can't tell Putin and his countrymen that all their sacrifices were for nothing. That not only threatens Russia, but also Putin because people will be angry that he accomplished nothing and made his people suffer for almost 5 years. You have to give them something. Trump let the Iran hit our base so they could claim a 'victory' to the Persians. This isn't capitulating, its pragmatic statecraft.

Crimea makes sense since Rus has held onto it for 11 years now, plus some other territory so Putin can be happy and declare victory.

Eurofags will sperg and piss their pants about heckin' Putler, but if they spend some money on defenses instead of migrants, it won't be hard to counter the threat. They should be more concerned about China anyway.

hmm, I don't see a orange tip that would tell me this gun is fake at a glance so how would anyone outside of the black man and the investigators?. It would appear that after being assaulted by Timm he escalated the situation by drawing weapons and then was shocked that the person who he just escalated against then escalated further. Guarantee our disabled black man has pulled this trick before, this is just the first time the trick was met with violence. Remember Kiwi's, don't ever point a gun at anything that you are not prepared to shoot and this goes double if your gun is a fake.
