See all of their degrees (please don't look into the fake degree / fake credential scandals in India that allow them to fake expertise to get H1B's/jobs they should have), you are just jealous that they outcompete you.

Real advice: What you could do if you are stuck with an obvious Indian on the phone and want to be a little petty is:
1. Keep saying you don't understand them and you need a new representative.
2. Go on LinkedIn and find the American manager and see if they have a public phone: If so call and say that your Indian rep gave you this number to call.
Sadly, there is no sure fire way to get around the Indian HR / First contact issue. And most likely they will just drop your call and take the bet you don't review them badly (as if that mattered to places like Microshit).
Reality is, is that if they
feel aggreved by you, then there is nothing you can do and no path towards forgiveness. In their mind, unlike Americans, there is no duty before personal satisfaction. If they can fuck you over and not perform their basic duties they will as it is a power trip for the,m and even more exciting if they feel you deserve it in some way.
I may very well lose my 20+ year sysadmin career to one of these head bobbing 5'5 shitskins who I've already caught violating ITAR controls by being an H1B visa holder, yet having full access to a domain with ITAR controlled data containing ECCN numbers with restricitons to India. I was told "This is no problem" with a smile.
Be a shame if a phone call was made. Fuck these people. Hand built my network to be secure and flexible for the specific needs of my company, pass multiple audits, won defense contract work because of it. Now, after a company merger with an India based parent corp, my entire career's work is about to be nuked for redeemed shitskin fuckery.
I will fucking walk the day I'm told to give credentials to this Jeet admin who's here on a fucking work permit to my ITAR data. They will have to start from scratch. I built it. I can dismantle it.
Take the advice and write a complaint.
Honestly if this is government contract work with a Security Clearance nessessity you may be even rewarded for performing your duty to report them.
Think about it like this:
- The person punished will be the company for staffing people to the project who cannot and should not be performing sensitive work.
- You will have the MOST Iron Clad case of wrongful firing if you are let go ,OR you begin to feel as if you are now treated differently at work [didn't get a raise that year, sue and say you were discriminated against].
- There is a new Sheriff in town who both:
- Wants to employ American-focused companies on all contracts
- Actually wants to enforce laws and regulations.
- By doing this, you are following the Security requirements of your clearance requests and will be seen as more trustworthy. So, if you want a job in the government (perhaps managing the systems you've created for them), you can be assured that you'll be looked upon much more favorably than if you just let it slide.
Glad to see more people talking about the Indian H1B issue but, we should keep in Mind the Indian CEO issue as well.

One of my biggest problems with the Indian rise in Tech is that it is so artificial.
Hiring is done with an eye to diversity (i.e., to present a more favorable image to the Chinese and Indian markets). However, hiring is often influenced by Indian in-group preferences, and as a result, the company posts record profits while laying off the majority of its developers and hiring Indians at a fraction of the salary.
Even worse is the push for "AI coding helpers" which is essentially going to replace the non-Indians as they believe with an AI helper the typical scenario of, an Indian not knowing how to do their job and needs assisstance from 1 or more devs and be replaced with an Indian needs help and gets a copy paste from an AI code helper.
Get ready for a world of tech debt and systems degenerating at a speed you never could have imagined if we don't keep the pressure on to not renew and pause H1B, and celebrate Trump standing up to India.
