They literally glue the case together (for no reason -- regular plastic or aluminum cases hold together perfectly fine just using tension) and the Fold 6 teardown in particular made me giggle because the guy recording it thanked Samsung for not gluing the fucking batteries in.

So Harvard is arguing that the Feds have the legal obligation to fund them due to...reasons? I read a lot about how Harvard is a leading place for research and scientific discovery but very little about how this entails the Federal Government having a legal obligation to continue funding their programs once they start no matter what.
