I don't really see this as 'fun' outside of shit posting. Actually I find it very frustrating that this behavior is being allowed at all as it's a waste of time and the administration not stomping this out only gives these actions the perception of legitimacy (not that they actually are). This judge is being allowed to operate outside of his judicial powers and is actually threatening the president with contempt charges. He's saying he has 'wartime' powers that don't exist.

While it may be funny to call these people retarded and such I don't find this situation very funny.
The administration HAS to let this kind of shit go on until it reaches the Supreme Court, so that it can be properly shut down.

It really is that simple.

Until one of these fuckstick district judges has the spine to push the fight up to the next level by not backing down when the administration tells them to fuck off, more of these petty idiots will keep trying to undermine the Executive Branch.

Plz Trump, if spacex makes the F-47 dont let Elon call it the F-47 X. 😭
Trump should name it the F-U

Government transparency (releasing the Epstein files unredacted)
Never going to happen, the pockets and cliques of bad actors already compromised the information without the new administration's knowledge. Paired with the very obvious concealment and legal rabbit holes as a shield the likelihood of that happening is near zero.

Disentangling from foreign influence and political ties that are problematic - 'America First' (refusing to continue Israel-first policies/rhetoric)
Not gonna happen in four years; it is a pipe dream. Regardless of religious affiliation and historical turmoil if Americans aren't blinking at a bunch of people dying by an ally; you're not gonna win this issue. USA has a bleeding heart charity which led us into the web in the first place; if bombing Gaza doesn't cause that heart to bleed, pffew, what an uphill battle. I do agree it would be nice though.

I'm increasingly weary of this shit not being addressed. The shit that actually matters.
I understand this, a lot of what you take issue with are being addressed. The rest of the world doesn't move at breakneck speeds like the Internet. It's been three months, I'll wait a year before my opinion is solidified in either direction.

Zooming out from the micro and into the macro view, what I'm currently seeing is extraneous and useless departments are being trimmed with some if not all of these branches, departments, whatever being fronts for money laundering. Laundering that helps fund campaigns, helps funds globalist/communist/socialist politician snakes (Crenshaw), and also helps fund influential political figures in foreign countries. It also reduces the amount of lobbying cash flow that is coming up in the 2026 elections.

If we are going to reveal what we hope happens I'll list mine:

Term limits for the legislative and judicial branches, (I want the phrase, Career Politician to go the way of the dodo.)
I want public education to return to the states and I want public universities to have to answer to state governments. Private school should not get state or federal funding outside of specific instances such as military programs like ROTC.
I want Law Enforcement to have funding again and have it used for training (de-escalation, combat, etc.) I used to be apposed to the militarization of the Police Force, not so much anymore.
I want an actual attempt to reform the legal immigration process.
I want all foreign investors in farm land to have their assets seized and auctioned off to American farmers.

It is Boeing, and Trump said that they have been flying it for 5 years, with much of the infrastructure needed to ramp up production has already been built.

Trump said that the Biden administration was delaying the program.
First I heard of it. Does it have a project name we would know? Is it possible the Biden administration was never made aware of it so they couldn't cancel it?

Think of software as a machine. The more complex the machine is, the more expensive it is to build and test. More parts, more designers, more testers, etc. The way they've defrayed this cost is predominantly through in-game transactions rather than raising the price of the games. If they did the latter, just keeping up with inflation would bring games to $80 ($50 in 2005 dollars is $80 in today's dollars), and then the increased costs bring that well over $100. As annoying as battle passes and all that shit is, selling that game for cheap and then keeping it alive with "seasons" for potentially years on end has turned out to be a much more successful revenue model than selling the game for a high price and needing to sell millions and millions of units in 90 days or go bankrupt.
The games I've most enjoyed playing are $10 to $30 one off Indies. Cost of production does not equal quality. It's a bunch of people making things more complicated than they have to be to convince the studios paying them that their jobs are worth paying for.

Why should I play a AAA game when I can fully immerse myself in post apocalyptic space using keyboard controls to explore space derelicts for resources?

With Roberts, ACB, and Not-A-Biologist in there, I just see them giving the courts (including themselves) more power. They’ll declare that the courts do have wartime powers just because, that they have authority over the executive branch just because, and that judicial powers being undefined akshually means they should be the strongest branch, stalker child. Does that mean that Trump can tell the SC to fuck off and dare them to enforce their rulings? Yes, but that would worsen the constitutional crisis going on. It doesn’t matter that the problem is the courts abusing de facto power, power that doesn’t belong to them. It’ll come to the left getting the President reduced to a puppet figurehead like Biden, or less lawfare bullshit. The left is doing this to hamstring Trump’s progress and put him in a Catch-22. Either they get to slow walk him as they entrench themselves, or he’s Literally Hitler and anything they do is justified. I hope he’s learned well enough from 2020 because the left is desperate to get their power back.

probably not because I know this from living through the era and being personally acquainted with a bunch of the players. there was extensive journalism about it in the 90s and there are good bibliographies indexing this journalism in the buttloads of phd theses that have been written on the subject but finding this shit requires university affiliation and/or insane autism

it's this scholarship done on earth first and associated groups that is presented to policy groups and government committees and it's extremely pro-terrorist. the groups are basically treated like the UN currently treats Hamas.

this is probably where the idea that ecoterrorists are "treated with kid gloves" comes from, because right now, the *image* of the ecoterrorists of the 90s is heavily laundered and if you google for stuff like earth first and ELF you will find faggot opinion pieces about how they were good boyz who loved the erf and dindu nuffin. But on the ground at the time the FBI was taking this shit very cereal and running active couterterrorism gayops. (the ops were frequently actually gay in that actual gay relationships were established between agents and terrorists)

I recommend reading Pynchon's novel Vineland for a sense of the vibe of the time.
Yeah it sounds about right that in the time period before the internet that could be scrubbed clean like that, rip.

It's always a good day when a dumpy, unfuckable cat lady is humiliated in public.
I almost want to believe it's fake just because of how unbelievably perfect it is. Annoying white lady trying to explain proper behavior to what looks like a hispanic dude while what sounds like an exhausted old black guy tries telling her that she's the problem, so she resorts to failed physical interaction to the amusement of the world star chorus? It's fucking poetry in motion.

What happened to arresting Trump via the ‘War Act’?

I dunno for sure but my guess is that either Boasberg or someone in his inner circle pointed out it much easier/safer to go after Trump and Co on contempt charges rather then dig out and seldom used power and run the risk of it being ? That be my guess.

The places I lurk have been saying that the DoJ only sent in one answer to the Judge not the 4 and said the rest was classified which really pissed off Boasberg as he is a NCIS level judge but Trump does have the power to classify/declassify anything he wants so...yah? This is what seems to really have cheesed off Boasberg who I think wants to drag Trump himself into his courtroom where he's the one in control and can lecture Trump to his hearts content.

I do wunder if this is the case that Trump chooses to force his showdown?

I mean there couldn't be a better case for Trump to try to force a showdown on. This judge is literally demanding ordering that criminals, drug dealers and gang-bangers be not only brought back to the US but released all because Orange Man Bad the proper paperwork wasn't filed.

Yah, that's not going to go over well with the American Public. Sure the Proggies and MSM will scream for joy just because Trump got a L but Joe Shmoo won't be happy to hear that. Trump's approval ratings have never been higher and the Dem's have never been lower so I don't see the Dem's winning this one.

IMHO 2 things may happen if the judge does go ahead and place Trump and Co on contempt

1. Nothing, the judge makes a lot of noise and the MSM screams blue murder at Trump ignoring a "lawfull" order. Sure Trump has ignored a court order but the court is retarded. Sure the judge issues a arrest warrant for Trump and Co but who will fulfill it? Will the DC PoPo try to arrest Trump at the WhiteHouse? Something tells me no. Will the Dem's try to push though a impeachment? Doubtfull, they've never been weaker and don't have the support to make it happen so the warrants are just big nothing burgers.

2. Trump uses this to force the SCOTUS to do...something? If the judge issues contetmp charges and tries to force the issue Roberts will have to do something, what I have no clue and it may not be in Trump's favor as Roberts cares far more about his legacy and the power of the judiciary then any silly thing like justice or fairness.

So yah...lets just wait and see. I'm no lawfag so I can only guess at what these big brains will do.
