I was thinking about this recently for some reason and at every job I've had, in any friend group, in my family, my personal life women have been the sole cause of drama. Men will argue about shit but its usually a one and done thing, women will carry shit on seemingly forever without ever addressing the (usually retarded) issue. They are always the ones disrupting the harmony guys just want to do their job and go home.
