When you enter the final Shadow Mantle game, he's turning to stone unable to move. When you return, he's gone, the vending machine outside the door is sold out of smiles, and if you talk to the dust bunny in the dress room, it acts shocked saying it was confused to see Kris since it just saw Kris dragging Ramb off.
is the implication that Kris did that when we weren't looking (I'm not sure when he could have done that), that the sprite Kris did that, or something else?
Additionally, do people here think that if the susie-prophecy-fuckery stuff is true, that
1. Kris will get with Susie or Noelle
2. Kris doesn't get with one of them but Susie x Noelle ends
3. Susie and Noelle continue (even tho they're incompatible) via the power of lesbians, Kris is alone
4. 3rd option but Kris is also stuck with the goat that resembles his brother and has been lying to him throughout the story and also isn't a real person
So, that whole Noelle and Susie heartbeat fixation...?
Fun fact, the Berdly fight theme in the Weird Route is referred to as "Berdly battle heartbeat true music.ogg" in the game files.

So, just been reading wiki stuff for a little bit while reading here, still haven't played, but I had some questions. Not in any real order, but was just curious:
The soul and Kris are different entities, but does Kris lack his own normally? He removes it a lot, but the soul doesn't have any say in that? What's up with the knife, is Kris evil, or just realizing the world is fake/gay and trying to get out of his own Truman show? Are the returning UT characters literally the same people? Is Sans less powerful here, or the same power and DR characters are just stronger?
Whenever he removes it or does something the soul doesn't like, he does it as quickly as possible. As he has some will over his own body even with the soul in charge.
Deltarune characters are by and large much weaker than Undertale Characters in stats alone. Undyne the Undying in stats has triple the HP of the Roaring Knight, 59 more AT and 99 more DF. Dark World Stats also don't seem to matter that much either. Sans is just a mysterious skeleton faggot who doesn't feel like revealing what he knows. As fucking usual.

1. Kris probably substituted his soul for the players soul somehow, OR the player got control of his soul. Probably the former
2. Kris has some level of control but it's limited. He can fully take back control by removing the soul but it seems onerous, plus he presumably has to keep it for his plans
3. Kris probably isn't evil but he could be. We don't know the extent of his knowledge so we don't know if he's aware of the simulation shit
4. Deltarune characters are probably different unless Gaster did some weird timeline shit. Sans is probably the same one in Undertale but we don't know quite how that works yet. The common consensus is that he went from Deltarune to Undertale, but at the same time Sans can still do weird teleportation shit in Deltarune, and he's seemingly aware of the player so who knows
i'm torn between chapter 4 and 5. 4 had better story content but flowery kept melting my brain every other second. the human somehow upstaged tenna at the silly man game.
