Just finished the normal route. Yeah that was really boring. If I decided to skip this chapter I don't think I would've missed anything important. What I really wanted was a reveal for December's design and I'm disappointed that we couldn't have even gotten that. The gameplay and references to Undertale were fun in the moment but they didn't really do anything to help the story.

I was so uninterested by the end I just watched the weird route on YouTube, which did spook me a little. I will give Toby a few flowers on that (haha).
 
So, from what I can infer from both this thread and from a few other individuals, Chapter 5 was a massive fucking letdown that barely progressed the story and was just faggotry and new retarded characters. This shit isn’t worth $25 in my opinion, in fact, you’re better off just playing the demo for free.

You could also watch other people play it and skip around all the bullshit.
 
Anyway, talking about the weird route because it was actually kinda neat, when you think about it, what you make Noelle and Kris do in the Weird Route is almost kinda literally what happened with Chara and Asriel in Undertale, too.

Chara ate poisonous flowers and Asriel carried their body to go get help, before then getting BTFO'd by humans that though he killed a child, I don't really see the similarity.

Kris and Noelle just commit a dual suicide via drowning.
 
I think toby is DELIBERATELY drip feeding us answers for the sake of gain. More theory slop channels will continue to give us more, and more videos which will garner tons of attention to deltarune.

This shit has got to stop. Just tell me what the fuck happened PLEASE.

Parents divorce, mom is banging a dude she met last week that's mean to you, dad's a roaring faggot in the figurative and literal sense, brother is nowhere to be seen, you find out that your childhood best friend never cared about you, your new deer friend is now dating your childhood "friend" and you are damned to be a third wheel and the only person that ever seem to understand you is not even around anymore.

I hope Kris' leaves behind a manifesto when he goes nuts.
