I actually love Noelle. I find her very endearing (no pun intended) and reminds me quite a bit of a couple of friends I had growing up. Not sure that I really buy the Susie/Noelle ship that she wants to happen though.

You sleep through the whole festival until Toriel wakes you up, Susie tells Kris Noelle's waiting at the lake. While going through town, she tells how much fun she had at the festival with Noelle and how nice she was to her, and getting to the lake gives an encouragement to Kris telling that he actually is a good friend, too.
You walk forward and see Noelle that went completely bonkers (yandeer, if you will), saying she liked the feeling of power and says how she want to be free with you together, then drags you to the lake with your only option to proceed ("stop" does nothing). Screen shakes and goes blank, "see you in next chapter!"
