No. Chapter 3 i slow, especially if you go towards the Sword Route.
Chapter 4 is faster if you go towards the Weird Route, but you still will not make before the update. You only have about three hours left.
Just play normally without worrying abou trying to 'catch up' to the update.

If you feel it wont hurt your ego, just use cheat engine. I used it on the bosses while making perfect saves, cause I already beat them legit way and did not wanted to waste my time.

1- dirty run :just don't give a shit about secrets or eggs and play the chapter to have fun
2- full save: after the guides come out
3- weird route
I'll just do a dirty one today and while the guids come out I'll do the weird route
