I think that's a good indicator that the 6 human soul flowers and flowey flower are going to be a huge plotpoint in the chapter. My guess is that the 6 human flowers will characterize the humans (a cowboy flower, a chef flower, etc) and the main antagonist of the chapter will be the Flowey character.
