It’s okay, but it relies too much on “I AM SILLY”. I’m phoneposting and can’t easily edit images (I can’t “easily edit images” on a PC either to be fair) but here’s my version:

Average Krusie Mental Gymnastics
>Kris and Susie have similar personalities and deeply care for each other

Average Suselle Mental Gymnastics
>Noelle gave Susie a pencil that one time
>Susie acted like a bully to feel powerful and Noelle thinks that’s hot
>Plot contrivances force them to spend time together which is essential for any good romance
>They barely acknowledge each other during the weird route and the weird route is bad so them being together must be good
>Susie is happy to have friends at all and she reminds Noelle of her dead sister so they’re perfect for each other
 
Krusie is the best ship because it didn't need multiple contrived unavoidable scenes to function. It just happens naturally because the characters simply work together.

By every objective measure Kris and Susie have more of a relationship at the beginning of the game than Susie and Noelle do NOW, at the halfway point of the story, and Kris and Susie have only gotten even closer since then.

I know in my heart that Toby "lesbian fetish" Fox will cuck out and just force Susielle to happen, but Krusie is still and will remain the better relationship. Period.

I mean that's fair, but I just wanted to make something like this after reading some people complain how people joke about Noelle wanting Susie to step on her and just kinda make fun of them here.

It's really funny how some people try to rationalize how Suselle is actually this very deep ship while obviously no one takes it seriously. It's just that these people exist in echo chambers where criticizing Suselle for exisitng is lesbian representation erasure or some shit.

So Krusie just silently dominates in fan count while also no one complains about Suselle because it's lesbian

I don't mind if two characters get some alone time to establish a friendship or further develop the two as individual characters, but I agree that I can not stand the two when they're alone together. Holding C through that on any repeat playthrough.

I dunno. I think it could go either way. Will Toby do the narratively weird and contrived thing, or will he go in a different direction?

For all the talk about taking the middle route and how too much irony/predictability ruins a story, it would be hypocritical of him to stick with the most cliched crack ship just because uwu lesbians and nothing else.

I've got some speculations about Roots. Its Toby being "clever" like with determination, except the subtlety hasn't been smashed by a brick yet. Representing both the roots of the trees as a physical location while also referring to the starting point of the story, where and when dess disappeared, and Kris got traumatized. This is reinforced by the fact that the roots room is connected to the therapy egg room.
