I do like the idea that destiny is nigh-impossible to alter by the people involved in it (Nothing ever happens Noelle, for example) but the Player/Angel, being explicitly not of that world, can change shit if they so desire. No one else can.

Even when Noelle "forces" the player to go into the lake, if they don't feel like changing the story then it won't change. Eat shit Noelle, back to the beach with you. I don't feel like finishing the Weird Route today.

The player can make Kris "stop being Kris" and can make Noelle "stop being Noelle" but ultimately it's still the Player's choices that matter, not theirs. Their fates only change if YOU want them to.

This is the power that bitch ass Darknas like Ralsei fear. He hopes to alter fate but knows that there is only one way.

It's all circumstantial, but there's not really anything that implies that Noelle is with Susie and Ralsei during the item give dialogues.

Its just occurred to me that the glue voiceline is probably a holdover from a possible cut segment during the yellow/blue section when you're hunting for clues. I imagine Flowery would've tried to help you find clues but instead find glue and just ruin your day somehow.

While relistening to some of my favorite tracks I have to say even though chapter 3 was mostly just fucking around, it had some of my favorite fights. Tenna's warioware bullshit was fun, the shadow mantle nigga was fun, and the knight was fun in a cock and ball torture way. I'd be more okay with chapter 5 if the fights were more interesting and engaging.

If Chapter 5 was just 3 with different gimmicks I think it would've been perfectly fine filler.

End it with an Asgore fight where you smack the obsession out of him and finally learn wtf happened with Dess. Bam, good chapter.
