Susie's hair was never cut. She just underwent a character development facial makeover. In Chapter 2, there's still a few bits in which her dialogue portrait reverts back to her eye-less version.

Just curious is the Spamton fight at Genocide Route is harder than the "secret" one in any other routes?
Nah, it's pretty much the same. The only thing that makes it harder is the fact that it you're fighting him by yourself.
The only difficulty is that you do not have your friends with you to destroy him, but the ending is different compared to the secret boss fight.
I kept forgetting that he fights alone on the genocide route. So no "backup health" from the other two and it'll be inherently harder, though not very much.
To be fair he is hanging by rope, so the trans headcanon has already been partially confirmed.
Considering Toby's previous work, I don't think that'll happen if you go the violent route. Toby has never shy'd away from pointing out how much of an asshole you're being for killing the character's in his games.
