Imagine in Chapter 5 the Knight defeats the Fun Gang yet again, and just as it executes the next step of its plan to cause the Roaring, Asgore suddenly jumps into action. And when he's fighting the Knight (and actually fighting it to a standstill), he pulls this face:

Many elements from Undertale that were either unused (like Mettaton NEO, he just stood there and you one shot him) or hinted at (Gerson's time as the Hammer of Justice) were repurposed in Deltarune as Spamton NEO and the Gerson fight. This is a very common sentiment, but I hope in Chapter 5 we finally get to see a version of Asgore without any reason to hold back and shows why he was the King in Undertale.
I didn;'t read all that shit but the "girl wears ribbons" is a direct earthbound reference and subversion. none of these troons have played earthbound they've only watched video essays of it.

The artist could have put Susie between Kris and Noelle to make it ambiguous but didn’t, and even drew them flipped horizontally to move Susie away from Noelle. Really makes you think…

not gonna lie, i have a feeling that chapter5 is done, even the console porting. dev team could be preparing for the release right now. but it might be just a false hunch

Imagine, if you will, that the Knight is so desperate to escape being mauled by Asgore that it removes its helmet, revealing herself as Dess, to try to shock him into backing off (since I think he's been looking for Dess, this is assuming he doesn't know who the Knight actually is), but as she manages to shake him off Susie jumps in and defeats her, then we see a scene of Kris panicking because shit starts to go off the rails. I really do want at least for the Knight to be genuinely humbled because seeing the smug supervillain reduced to sheer terror is a classic, fantastic trope
Maybe this will teach people to think before they shit themselves in public. Just kidding, nobody would learn anything even if he got gunned down in public over the issue.
