Twitter 5/25 - Chris and his new Sleeping Method - Healthy or Damaging? I’m not sure at this point.

Something tells me this is just chris blatantly echoing some weird clickbait self help shit someone fed him. There's like a fuckton of "lucid dreaming guides" out there that are just as, if not more redundant and confusing.
All you gotta do to lucid dream is come to the realization you're dreaming while within a dream,it's literally no more complicated than that. It doesn't really affect sleeping time as far as I'm aware. One thing is for sure, "becoming hyperactively self aware" more than likely isn't the state chris has attained at all from any of this.

Chris sleeps on average from 6am to 2pm then takes a 3 hour nap during the night?

Chris, I think we've nailed down the reason for your sleep issues

Chris said:
Verbal diarrhea... She felt my soul like a breath in the wind...
More like a fart in the breeze.

I also love that he's so egotistical enough to think that because he explained how he hypnotizes himself to sleep so well that the medical community should name the method after him, despite this method being written in every goddamned new-age book under the sun.

Plus, if you stop in the middle of your explanation to give an unnecessarily detailed retelling of what you had for breakfast, you're doing it wrong.

you guys are fucking re.tarded if you think this idiot actually believes all this dumb shit he's been talking about for the past couple months (this, the merge, et al)
If Chris didn't believe in this kind of stuff he'd have told Idea Guy to fuck off and wouldn't have cut his taint open to free his imaginary vagina.

When you enjoy your delusions so much more than reality that you induce them even when you could be awake is my guess.

If this is how Chris sleeps normally, it's no wonder he's so delusional. His sleep schedule is beyond fucked.

But I guess this is what happens when you live without anything that would put you on a predictable schedule, like school or, you know.. a job.

Chris must be bored out of his mind, he's reached the level where talking about his sleep is a grand adventure.

If he applied that tutorial, then sleeping has more effort than anything he's done recently.
His existence gave us motivation to not let dreams become a source of happiness

He forgot the part when, before the 4 am coffe and omelette, you throw your dirty, crapped bedsheets into the laundry bin for your 80 year old fossilized mother to clean.

"about between 1:30 am and 2pm"
Please Chris, don't give us too detailed of a timeframe.
This is sometimes called Mid-Phase Waking. It happens a lot with people who work early shifts or work in agriculture. It's also a symptom of both depression and anxiety. Magi-Chan is not whispering in your ear to 'wakies' at 4 a.m.
Just what in the fuck is that schedule anyways?
He woke up at ~4am, had coffee and an omelette and went to sleep again like 2.5 hours later.
The way he puts all of this information out just shows how it's likely completely normal in his mind. That's equal parts hilarious and sad.
At what level is Bob Chandler sleeping?
In Dark R'lyeh.

Edit: @Time of Space, I have no idea, how I messed up that reply, you have my deepest apologies. I'll try to figure out how to fix it.
