Also what happens if you go beyond sleep level 5? Will my consciousness be lost in the sleep void if I go too far in? This sounds like a bad acid trip...

Just what in the fuck is that schedule anyways?
He woke up at ~4am, had coffee and an omelette and went to sleep again like 2.5 hours later.
The way he puts all of this information out just shows how it's likely completely normal in his mind. That's equal parts hilarious and sad.
 
Did Chris watch inception recently? All that bullshit about dream levels. And that wierd sleep schedule, he takes a nap in the evening then stays awake till 5-6 am just to sleep till noon.
 
Hot damn I feel like an idiot. All this time I got to sleep by working hard during the day, working out and getting stronger, spending time on worthwhile activities and making myself exhausted. Who knew there was an entirely different way? FFS

Given that it took him that many words to describe how to go the fuck to sleep, it's no wonder that Chris stays up all night and crashes into slumber around six in the morning
