You expecting any less from the site that has Balloon Belly with some of the most detailed entries?
I remember seeing some autist in the wild who had an fetish for that traveling bulge that happens whenever a character swallows something.

It's kind of weird how these "gifted" kids can just sexually imprint on just about anything.

I do not want to know.

But at the same time they say this about Von Kaiser.

You're supposed to get offended! (With this and some guys at spriters resource crying racism over Pizza Pasta's name while conveniently forgetting the whole series relies on stereotypes (they know Soda Popinski's original name was VODKA DRUNKENSKI, right?), I can see why Nintendo hasn't done much with Punch-Out in current times...)

Y'all got more of them stigma about something tropes?
Screenshot_2026-06-03-08-18-24-580_com.brave.browser-edit.jpg
And of course they put a lot of le totes real tism as examples. Didn't they literally release "le neurodagsgdgayhaa stigma" to put that kind of shit a few days ago?

That kind of was the point... They even say something like "Doofy it's been six years since covid" (watched it with the latam dub so idk the original line). And tv tropes complaining about a covid mention? Weird.

I'm just waiting for them to seethe HARD about how they treat the genderspecials in the movie :story:

There's an entire generation of people that have never watched Scary Movie and the fucking culture clash of the century is already happening.

From the Amazing Digital Circus Jax character page:
Screenshot_20260605_100626_Brave.jpg
The "Jax is trans" theory has been floating around for a while now. However, in the scene in question, there's literally nothing that suggests Jax is a closeted trans person. Ribbit putting the bow on his head comes off more as a friendship gesture than anything else, and when we see the real Jax at the end, he's still a guy. It's funny that even though the theory is all but deconfirmed, they've decided to huff copium about it.

>Source is Miraculous Ladybug
Isn't that a kids' show?
They do quote Office Space which would be considered the Trope Namer/ Codifier but instead of using a picture of Jennifer Aniston in her pieces of flare from the film they use a picture from a children's show. Office Space is far more well known than Miraculous Ladybug and would convey the trope better but no they need to use a picture from a children's cartoon with a pride pin to show how good they are.

This articles picture is an example of a a pet peeve of mine when it comes to TV Tropes. So many article pictures are from some obscure, childish, nerd niche media that hardly anyone has heard of rather than use a picture from a more popular media property that would convey the trope in an easier way for outsiders to understand. Take Ragtag Bunch of Misfits for example. Originally for the longest time it was the cast of the Rankin Bass Rudolph special which consists of reindeer, elves, a prospector, an Abominable Snowman, a talking snowman, and a griffin. It worked because: A) most people have seen the Rudolph Christmas special or know it through Pop-culture osmosis, B) If you have never seen it the broad difference in the characters conveys the spirit of the trope of a bunch of misfits from different backgrounds coming together to be heroes. Here's the current pic for the article:

Steven Universe Ragtag Bunch of Misfits .jpg

While all the characters are different colors with different designs; what about this picture conveys any kind of idea that these characters are a team of misfits come together to save the world? Its just a bunch of humans with bad haircuts. Admittedly I have never seen Steven Universe so I'm going to guess these are a bunch of Ragtag Misfits that Steven used Talk no Jutsu on for some reason. My point is that this is from a show for children and manchildren that does not have universal appeal that unless you are a cartoon obsessed sperg you are not going to know who these characters are or why they are outcasts banding together to be heroes. Rudolph at least has a better chance of reaching a larger audience and conveying the idea behind the trope.

Your average neckbeard would say otherwise; but yes, it is. And it's moderately unsuccessful, iirc
Do you mean unsuccessful or successful? Shows been going seven or eight seasons at this point and had a movie or two. I don't watch it but it seems like its doing something right. Either kids are buying toys and merch of it or enough perverts are jacking off to two CGI French teenagers in spandex and a BDSM outfit. Creator is a lowcow from what I hear as well.

Idk, A show hopping channels from Nick to Disney, to Disney+, to Netflix isn't exactly unprecedented. It just feels like it can't really establish a foothold with Nickelodeon's brand of autism; and to be fair, it was an outlier in Nick's lineup.

But the first season or show got kind of boring after a certain point...And gay.
