For reals, a lot of shithole countries run into this wall as they start to develop and birth rates plummet because the women don't want to get knocked up fifteen times by stinky brown men if they can get an education and a job instead. The countries are never developed enough to handle that and also can no longer rely on cheap labor. This might have something to do with why Indian society is so tolerant of rape, it's a way to boost the birth rate artificially.
