I can't understand how these people have enough self preservation to avoid a vaccine they think is dangerous, but lack the self preservation to do what they can to keep their jobs. Especially if they have family they're providing for. Losing your job is more likely to mess up your and your loved ones' lives than taking the vaccine.
I understand they're trying to take a stand, but this is not an effective way to do it. This is the same as disgruntled employees quitting without notice, thinking "ha! that'll show them," when in reality their absence is noticed for a day at most before they're forgotten about and replaced. They only screw themselves.
