After some googling, I think the judge is actually going with what the law in NY says. I believe you can't discriminate based on political activities when you're hiring, but you can if you're refusing service, because political stuff isn't a protected class in that case. Now the real question is whether you can refuse to serve someone based on them thinking Trump is going to jail Any Day Now™, because I'm not sure if that counts as politics, or mental illness.

For a second I forgot what subforum I was on and the phrase "Barbara's funeral" shocked the shit out of me.

On-topic, though, according to this source ( http://amp.whec.com/news/news-noise-bush-funeral/4881512/ ) trump didn't go to the funeral because he didn't want like 40 secret service agents crowding the joint. If that's true (which it might not be, as far as I know the Bushes should already have secret service protection of their own) then it's actually sort of considerate and thoughtful. It also seems like attending a former first lady's funeral is something most presidents don't do.

These people do nothing everyday. 24/7, 365. They go on Twitter, bitch about the news Twitter chose for them to see, shove Nutella toast with shit and vomit spice, then go on Instagram and argue that "Well, I might eat my shit and vomit, but I'm not an orange alt-right pussy grabber playing golf all day, unlike your president!! My president wears nice clothes and goes on Jimmy Kimmel! I'm so above you, it doesn't matter that I eat my own shit and vomit!"

Nothing productive gets done by them, but they have the nerve to whine that Trump isn't attending Barbara Bush's funeral. The same people complained how she was a "corporate pig that hated black people and took advantage of her elitist bank account". They're professional A-Logs. And not only are they proud of it, but they're continuously celebrated for it. The president is made out as a fool for not subjugating his dignity for NEETs that eat their own shit and vomit.
