Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

The Millennials and the Early Zoomers are the most insufferably woke generations overall, and the Core Zoomers seem to be extremely polarized and split between "woke" and "based" as they are kind of caught in the middle of the culture war and unlike the Millennials and Early Zoomer SJW's, they don't really have the memories of the Bush Era or the last culture war involving the Religious Right, which more or less led to the rise of the Woke Left.
From my experience despite being woke, woke zoomers/late millennials are more invested in fiction and pop culture than real life politics. This is why despite Twitter being awash with young people stanning Bernie Sanders and decrying Boomers and Karens as problematic racists, Sanders just couldn't get the votes he needed in the primaries. The young people the progressive movement desperately counts on place more importance on FICTIONAL CHARACTER SAYS TRANS RIGHTS than anything political IRL. Sure, they talk about Republicans as evil bigots and how we need progressive policies, but there's a level of disconnect from it.

I think it's a kind of political apathy, just not in the traditional sense. Instead of memories of the Bush era or Religious Right, they grew up in Obama's presidency, where the media painted a rosy picture of the American government (and if they didn't, they could be dismissed as racist conspiracy theorists) and nobody focused on what the president and the government actually did. At the same time was the rise of a culture that made what pop culture/media you consume a massive part of your identity, along with the introduction of identity politics to fan culture. Look how quickly people in these generational groups went to lambasting Rowling while the BLM riots were still in full swing. Black Lives Matter...until some fandom related shit happens.

I don't know what this will mean for the future, but we do have lots of people who are heavily invested in the pop culture Culture War and not so much in actual politics, and this is true on both sides.

I don´t think anyone likes Kushner tough. He seems like an Israel #1, america 2# type of guy

Almost all politicians in power today in America like Israel. What's even the evidence that Kushner is an Israel firster? Trump moving some embassy and recognizing some oil free region, Golan Heights, was Israel's after they've had it for decades? One move just moving an office and other involving no real effort whatsoever.

I saw some people on /pol/ in the Trump general also bitching about Parscale and saying that Trump should fire him and Kushner, that Bannon would be a better campaign manager and that Trump won't win if he doesn't replace Parscale with Bannon. What's all this shit about, exactly?
Parscale also only has experience in politics from the 2016 campaign. Kellyanne at least was a seasoned political operator when she took the reins in 2016.

Honestly, Parscale isn’t great (too much emphasis on digital) but a campaign manager won’t change that the issue with Trump is that he’s president. The poll sliding is because he’s the establishment and people lash out at the establishment when times are bad.

Gotta get out of the crises first before you do campaign shakeups.

Snakes like this and the media is why people are getting so fucking riled up.
Which folkgoup is Trump gonna massacre again? The united states is literally burning to the ground where are the fucking brown shirts? America fucking needs them.

You know, I think people knew Hitler hated Jews before they voted for him.

Because the people we ridicule have only watched mass media, read 1 book, and never stop consooming, yet somehow they can't even get their references right.

Online is getting scared because the riots and virus have provided trump with ample opportunity for him to rip the dems a new one but it seems like he's avoiding it if not cucking. General fear among pol, and myself, is that if he doesn't start digging into the dems he could lose. They think banon would get him into attack mode, but that's questionable.
Bannon was a fuckup with that immigration order Trump first tried. And later got removed after being on bad terms with many people in the White House. Those first two years of Trump was when shit was truly shaky and it looked like he couldn't get shit in order. That would have been the best time for the democrats and rinos to try impeachment.

Democrats are still going off 2016 to 2018 era Trump media playbook. They don't realize post 2018 that he has become more experienced with the presidency and with them.

I believe that rally was a start to rally the conservative base and reassure them, he knew what was going on and almost addressed everything we in the riots and corona thread have been complaining about.

2016 was a miracle that only worked as if Hillary was less smug and had a more competent staff, Democrats would be in the house right now selling us all off to China and another forever war in Syria.

However I do agree that Pascale does not inspire confidence in me but then again Biden is using Symone Sanders and the squad so its more of a race to the bottom lol.

CNN is still pushing the Russian narrative as a real thing. Just saw them talking about it on a tv at work.

Parscale was the guy who tweeted about 800,000 tickets. It would be more embarrassing if AOC and the kpopstains didn't admit they were screwing with the numbers.

Why are we talking about Star Wars now? This thread has a tendency to go on a lot of tangents.

It's 2020, there are no outlandish coincidences any more.

Looks like it was the fucking kpopstains again. Most of the tweets are their garbage.

everything good about Trump and that Kushner is secretly subverting Trump.

Because of that narrative a lot of people in places like /pol/ view Trump as someone without agency

It's not only Kushner, and it's not only because Bannon pointed out that his other crying Jew relative is the reason why he attempted to start another war in the middle east, despite running the exact opposite campaign of attacking and occupying Syria over another false flag CHEMICAL WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION IN THE MIDDLE EAST gas attack.

It just makes me think when he makes countless clear statements against specifically invading, attacking, and occupying Syria and then his daughter convinces him to bomb and occupy and build US military bases in the middle eastern shithole because muh choking children.

The funny part is that nobody died when he fired those missiles. He destroyed some empty buildings and the media was angry over how come no one died and the spooks were seething. But the act of firing those missiles was a symbol of betrayal. There were even some /pol/tards happy that he fired those missiles.

Real talk: how many people in here think Trump is influenced too much by his daughter Ivanka?

She is the only reason we got some half assed apology for the "Grab them by the pussy" tape otherwise Trump never apologized. I haven't seen much of her lately though. But Ivanka and Kushner is proof of why nepotism is bad for any potiential future presidents.

They bought into Bannon's self promotion tour through left wing media where he talked of howt he was the real mastermind behind everything good about Trump and that Kushner is secretly subverting Trump.

Because of that narrative a lot of people in places like /pol/ view Trump as someone without agency, someone who just acts based on those around him which in this case includes Parscale and Kushner. They figure someone needs to be puppeteering Trump to do whatever they dream up.
I disagree. The puppet / kompromat / sold out / bribing narrative is the left's explanation all over the world almost every time a right wing person does something they don't like. Boris Johnson doesn't fire Cummings? It can't be that he refuses to give into the outrage mob, it has to be because he's Cummings' puppet. Some who initially opposed Trump now supports him? It's can't be that Trump won them over, it has to be that they switched sides for the money. The only exceptions to the no agency explanation is that they must have done it out of discrimination or pure evil.

Parscale is okay. This isn't the same type of campaign as 2016, so he doesn't have to be Kellyanne. She did the heavy lifting getting him into office so that Parscale can keep him in office. For 2020 Parscale may well be the better choice, with the necessity of waging a mostly digital campaign. Different people for different situations.

You can't anticipate everything. Every other rally before went off without a hitch. The fact that the very first one back, the largest indoor gathering in maybe the entire world since the shutdown, still during the pandemic, with rioters and protesters blocking the entrance gates, the time consuming task of having to take people's temperatures and for the first time a lot of false tickets requests didn't go down perfectly... is not a reason to can Parscale or lose confidence in him. Shit happens. Improvise, adapt and overcome. As long as shit doesn't happen too often there's nothing to panic about.

No, but a countless (because the government does not tell us the count) number of American soldiers have died while occupying Syria and fighting a covert war there for years, not reporting it to the American people anymore, because showing Iraqi and Afhgani war footage and talking about the dead and maimed soldiers coming home from defending Israel really hurt the government's public relations in terms of getting continued support for a 18 year old war.

Its funny how TDS keeps getting worse by the year. Now we are reaching the election, the dems know they will lose (as even dems voters hate Joe Biden, seems like they are doing the same mistake from the last election) but they intend on taking the country down with them. Trust me, the riots had more than just George Floyd in mind, a lot of them are refusing to accept that they will have to stand Trumpy for more 4 years. So now we are peaking with each month this year.

He fucking ripped them apart in the rally, highlighting how he would happily help Minneapolis or Seattle if their shit local government just asked. He mocked how Biden is a puppet of his masters (and how bad he's been with helping black people), how Biden took chinese money and helped his son embezzle, how he doesn't know what he's doing. He shat all over them for enabling anarchists and riots while trying to stop the rally.

He wasn't weak during that speech.

Twitter's still butthurt about that rally. The official Twitter news article is now headlined with the low FD count, and trying to get Parscale fired.

oh no he only got over six thousand people, clearly that is nothing compared to Biden pulling in nearly a dozen at whatever that picture was from the other day!

Doesn't genuine campaign season start after the 4th of July? Right now is the treading water season for most campaigns.

A couple of things irk me with him, he threatened to pull press credentials because of the negative reporting for the event and he should’ve under sold the event.

I understand that rally size is usually a good bet for Trump, but it would’ve been wiser to undersell it. Thats an issue with experience more so than personality or judgment.

However, the way he lashed out at the press is incredibly immature. And he strikes me as an ass because of it.

I’d rather have someone with more experience than him honestly.
Real talk: how many people in here think Trump is influenced too much by his daughter Ivanka?
She’s bad for the base, but good at regulating Donald’s worse qualities.

So take that as you will. Personally I think her influence is overstated.
