When he said "the media is the enemy of the people" he was, in no way, shape or form, wrong in making that statement.
He's not even the first to say it. Hell, I remember when Pat Caddell was trying to get people riled up about the sort of behaviour we were seeing manifest in the media back in 2008-2012. All of his videos are much more interesting in hindsight now, because both what he was terrified of the media becoming came to pass, but so did his prediction for how the next president would be able to weaponize an anti-media sentiment in order to fuel his election.

The last clip with Kathy Griffin made me laugh out loud.

That's just amazing.

Think this could count here, but has anyone here seen or thumbed through Dan Pfeiffer's new book, Yes We (Still) Can: Politics in the Age of Obama, Twitter, and Trump? It came out not that long ago, and judging from the cover alone it looks super gay while probably also full of Trump salt.

I'm not entirely sure about the salt though, 'cause my brother and I just took a quick peek at a random spot for the lulz. What we flipped to was during a point where Pfeiffer was recalling a meeting/conference after the 2010 midterm elections went red, and Obama stated he was sorry to have failed the American people to tell his story. And Pfeiffer started sweating in his shoes because he was the one in charge of making sure the American public knew his story, and it was as if Obama was telling him in person that he failed.

:story: Anyway, these are the "reviews", a few which are on the back of the book:

Oh yeah, this is the self-portrait Pfeiffer chose to use:

If you're popular and have tons of followers, you're not a nerd. At least, not what nerd meant when nerds were the acceptable target for bullying. People never stopped bullying nerds, they just claimed their culture first and called them misogynists and racist. Oh ok, the pretty and popular girls wanted those stinky nerds out of their way, so they called them all creeps and had the "jocks" bully them out of their spaces. The "jocks" in this case being the date rapist fake male feminists.

I'm sick of this bullshit narrative. It's the same people being targeted by the same people as ever. It's just that the bullies have somehow convinced everyone that it's the nerds who are the problem.

Last time I checked, jocks are more interested in athletics, getting drunk and scoring some strange and not bitching on social media or giving that much of a hot fuck about politics in general since that shit is for nerds

I guess this was said last night:

I get the feeling "we" doesn't include him.
If he was serious about putting his body on the line, he'd make for an excellent sandbag barrier
