A child molester who sexually abused a teenage girl before becoming 'Natalie' outlandishly claimed the jury only returned a guilty verdict because they had been hypnotised.
Natalie Wolf, who was previously known as Ryan Haley, was addressed by the victim in court, who said the defendant would always be considered as a man to her.
The defendant, now 47, groped the woman as a young teenager and left her fearing she would be raped in a sickening attack.
Newcastle Crown Court heard that she stayed silent about the terrifying ordeal, which happened in Washington, Tyne and Wear, but found the courage to report the incident years later as an adult.
Wolf, now of Byker, Newcastle, denied sexual activity with a child, but was convicted by a jury at trial and has now been jailed for three-and-a-half years with lifelong sex offender registration and sexual harm prevention order.
Wolf claims the conviction was as a result of a conspiracy that involved the jury, police and lawyers being 'hypnotised'.
The victim courageously read her impact statement in court at the sentence hearing and said: 'I am doing this not just for me, but for all the children and women who have been sexually abused by men.
'Ryan Haley wants everyone to know him as Natalie Wolf, but in my eyes he is Ryan Haley, the man who sexually abused me.'

The woman said she was left with 'shame and self doubt' after her ordeal and her body felt like a 'battlefield'.

Addressing the defendant, the victim said: 'Ryan, you destroyed me as a child, I kept this inside me for many years until I was strong enough to report it.
'Today I get the chance to read my victim statement in court. Today I get the chance to read my victim statement in court, today I am finally going to get the justice I have waited for.
'Today Ryan Haley you are going to get what you deserve.'
Wolf, who self-represented at the hearing, said the victim was 'lying through her teeth' and complained about being assaulted while on remand in Durham Prison, a jail for men.
Judge Gavin Doig told Wolf: 'It is clear you believed you are the victim of a conspiracy involving the courts, prison service, the barristers in the case, your solicitor, the police, your family and a number of other people.
'You make allegations in your notes I have read, most of which I will not repeat, but include someone hypnotising the jury or that the jury were planted by people so you would be convicted.

'You suggest the victim may have hypnotised the police officer during her video interview.
'I want you to understand, you are not the victim of a conspiracy, you are not the victim at all.'
The judge added that Wolf has shown 'no remorse whatsoever' and said: 'I urge you to spend your time in custody to reflect on your behaviour, the behaviour that has led you to be in prison now.'
Judge Doig paid tribute to the victim and said it is 'not easy' to come forward to make a complaint.
At the end of the hearing Wolf asked to be released pending an appeal.
The judge urged the defendant to seek legal advice and added: 'You will not be released on bail pending that appeal.'

A trans-identified male is reportedly involved in an armed standoff with police in the small community of Welland, Ontario, Canada. Locals say Daniele Tronko, an “Elder” with the Church of Higher Consciousness, shot a female police officer this morning during a bylaw enforcement dispute.
According to Niagara Regional Police Service, a male is currently barricaded in a property at 114 Second Street in Welland and a standoff is ongoing. While they have not named a suspect, Reduxxhas confirmed that the building is owned by Daniel “Daniele” Tronko.
Earlier today, a bylaw enforcement worker visited Tronko’s “church” to discuss an illegal fence that had erected around portions of his property. The discussions reportedly became heated and the bylaw worker called police to assist.
Locals allege that Tronko fired multiple shots at the attending police, and a female police officer is confirmed to have been struck in the chest. The injured officer is being treated for non-life threatening injuries and is believed to have been saved by her bulletproof vest.
Residents in the surrounding neighborhood have been advised to shelter-in-place. The nearby hospital and schools have been closed, and a large swath of the surrounding neighborhood has been locked down. As of the writing of this article, dozens of police cars are still surrounding Tronko’s property.
Speaking to Reduxx, some locals have reported that Tronko considers his “church” property to be a sovereign nation known as The Free Sovereign Independent State of Bhudan. He does not believe he is subject to Canadian law.
The dilapidated property he owns on Second Street is a former Hungarian Presbyterian Church, but Tronko purchased it in 2012 and converted into a private residence. While some locals report that Tronko attempted to entice congregants into his “religion,” it is unclear if anyone other than Tronko is still involved with the “church,” or if anyone else lives in the building.
Over the years, the property deteriorated and Tronko continued to add fencing and barbed wire around the building. Some neighbors described the property as resembling a self-sufficient “compound,” complete with an extensive garden, small livestock, and a guard dog.
The fencing surrounding the property has various slogans and logos painted on it.
Tronko began to erect a massive fence around the property earlier this year, and has been expanding on it ever since. In November, bylaw officials reportedly began to warn Tronko that the fence was being illegally erected. Locals have stated that these warnings often caused Tronko to erupt in anger.
“He has attacked city employees several times, thinks he has the right to take land belonging to the city and threatened the city with ‘war’ if they touch his new fence,” one local said in a comment under a news update on the shooting on Facebook.
While the motive behind the shooting is currently unconfirmed, Reduxx has learned from local residents that Tronko had ongoing bylaw and land zoning disputes with the city of Welland.
Tronko vocally opposed a $2-million affordable housing project being built by Habitat for Humanity on the property near his “church,” and had repeatedly gone to the City Council requesting he be allowed to purchase the property instead.
In a 2019 Niagara Falls Review article on the property dispute, Tronko is referred to by “she/her” pronouns. In an interview, Tronko claims his intention was to use the land to grow food to donate to a local charity.
As of the writing of this article, the situation is ongoing and a shelter-in-place for the neighborhood surrounding Tronko’s property has not been lifted.
This is not the first incident involving a trans-identified male causing a community upheaval in Welland, which has a population of just 55,000.
As reported by Reduxx earlier this year, a different trans-identified male named “Daniel” was arrested after breaking in to a family’s home in Welland and sexually assaulting their toddler.
On Sunday, August 31, police and paramedics were called to a home near Crowland Avenue and York Street for a medical assistance call involving a young child. When emergency first responders arrived, they discovered the front door of the home showed signs of being forced open and the child was suffering from serious injuries.
Officers secured the scene and canvassed the neighborhood shortly thereafter. Investigators say a witness came forward with surveillance video, and the suspect was quickly identified as Daniel Senecal.
Senecal was taken into custody and charged with aggravated sexual assault on a child, assault, assault by choking, breaking and entering a home and sexual interference with a child. Senecal’s hearings remain ongoing.

I must first thank you for your time and the opportunity to present our concerns.
After my meeting with the Mayor and Rose last week, I had a chance to speak with Father Nick from St. John the Baptist (111 Second St.) and discussed this issue with him. He and his parishioners are also against the proposed changes and stand united with us in this proposal. Their church has been there for decades and they feel strongly that things should stay the same, as it has been a quiet place to come and freely enjoy religious activities.
Jesus overturned the money changers’ tables in the synagogues because religious and spiritual ideals or beliefs do not go with commerce.
Our Temple was purchased in 2012. Before we approached the City, we looked at what uses were permitted and what would be involved if they were to be changed. The City was not interested in helping or changing the zoning even though it would generate income.
We moved forward knowing that this is the worst investment to make monetarily but the best place in town to provide a physical, mental, spiritual, and loving sanctuary. Our Temple is committed to do what is best for everyone and everything, not just what is best for us—and this is the proper way to build safe, sustainable communities.
This block has been a religious hub with many memories, and years of love and compassion that leave a positive energy behind. Our Temple was once a Presbyterian Church but is shaped similarly to a classic Buddhist Temple and has no religious markings, so it was the only fit for us.
We are undergoing renovations and are making our yard into a Meditation Garden where people can experience positive energy and learn to make it part of everyday life. With the current state of affairs in the world, we need more places like our temple and not more commerce.
Business, a “private club,” or similar would not show the same respect to temples and churches and could restrict our rights to practice our faiths fully. We have already experienced negative and illegal effects by people interested in commercializing the Orthodox Church.
Being centrally located near many marginalized people, our Temple is an asset for the City. Meditation and positive energy projection can create a ripple effect enriching people’s lives.
What we are asking is simple: because we (Church of Higher Consciousness and St. John the Baptist) purchased these properties with the existing zoning, we expect the City, Mayor, and Council to protect these investments in people.

That was the way it was and that is the way it should stay. We would concede to allowing a park, community garden, or art gallery, as these would have minimal impact on places of worship. Other proposed changes would have a negative impact by opening opportunity for profit.

We are not asking to stop growth in the City—only to not allow these changes on our block. There are plenty of other commercial or institutional areas that better suit the proposed changes.
We ask that the City take this proposal to heart. The first obligation of the City is to protect its people, including future generations. Council was elected to protect constituents; even if we are not in your ward, many people from your wards will be affected.
If down the road there is a right fit requiring a zoning change, there is already a process in place—and we would not oppose.
Father Nick and I have worked harmoniously together as neighbours. In essence, only five properties are affected: 111, 114, 142 Second St.; 105 First St.; and the City lot on First St.

The area in question is designated Institutional in the Official Plan.
The proposed zoning is INS1, which is the smaller-scale institutional zoning in the proposed by-law. Staff feel this is appropriate zoning for this area given the surrounding mix of institutional type uses (daycare, school, Goodwill, retirement homes, medical offices, hospital, housing, places of worship). The proposed zoning will continue to promote this mix of uses.
Staff are not recommending changing this zoning. We need to continue to provide opportunities for development in the built-up area of the City. This is the best type of development from an economic, social, and environmental perspective.
Restricting this area to only Place of Worship would conflict with this goal and does not reflect the fact that demand for Places of Worship is decreasing.

Besides that the suspect (well, he's confessed and was supposedly caught burying body parts) has been previously convicted for trying to kidnapp a 10 year old girl and having 4 000+ pictures of pedophilia and necrophilia, it appears he's changed his gender marker and name. This comes as Sweden has recently made it easier to change sex on the official id. Coping and seething has started ensuing between "not really trans" and "her gender identity had nothing to do with the crime".

This is my favorite dance to see when someone who will make the community look bad claims to be trans, there's always the sect of people that suddenly flip on a dime and say that they're lying and not really trans, because, of course, they just know that this one is the one trolling for the sake of making them look worse. Even whole governments will instantly pull the lying card. (the BBC respects his tranny identity, of course)
Maybe taking advantage of this is the best way to stab the community in the back. If you're already going to say fuck it all and try to cause a murder, why not buy some handbags and makeup and LARP as a woman for a month or so before doing it? For a more reasonable example, there's the whole deal with women spending less on car insurance than men, so I say that every man should immediately change their gender flag all at once and immediately claim the lower rates. Sign up for that Uber thing where women get women drivers. Exploit the system so hard that they have to take it down.
See how many judges will give you a lesser sentence because of you stealing that precious woman pass. If you shove the obvious unfairness constantly in everyone's face, eventually enough people will polarize against it to matter. It's happened in Europe with immigration, this can be the thing that keeps Republicans in power in the US.

goes by the name Ella Potter, and decided it was a brilliant idea to try to extort money from a law firm by threatening to firebomb their office if they didn't pay him £100,000. He currently has no legal representation because no legal firm from his area will deal with him. Can't imagine why...
He states "I think I will be pleading not guilty."
Whether a court of law determines he's guilty of this particular crime or not, he is definitely guilty of a supreme lack of effort.

At that time, he had 17 convictions from 33 prior offences. Was let off with a slap-on-the-wrist style fine as is the norm. He's referred to as an activist here though fuck knows what he supposedly does. Screaming at random people is considered activism maybe? Certainly doesn't seem like he's the sharpest knife in the drawer at any rate.
