Gus Lamont, a 4-year-old Australian boy, went missing from his family's ranch in South Australia in September 2025. He is not suspected to have been abducted as the ranch is located in the bumfuck nowhere Australian desert and someone from outside would've had to pass through several locked gates in order to get to the ranch. It's also not considered likely that he had an accident or got lost. Rather, the police suspects that one of his family members had something to do with his disappearance. The primary suspect is his grandpa, or rather tranpa "Josie" Murray who is an AGP troon. Josie was recently fined for illegal possession of a gun silencer (unrelated to Gus' case).
After remaining silent for 9 months, Josie Murray recently agreed to participate in an interview. Let's just say it didn't make him look good:
It has also been revealed that Gus' mother Jessica is not on speaking terms with Josie and Gus' grandmother Shannon and has left the ranch. She also hasn't come out to defend him and say he's innocent. In most cases, when a child goes missing and a family member is accused of having something to do with it, the other members of the family will defend that person. But Jessica won't even talk to her father? Really get the noggin joggin'.

It wouldn’t surprise me if ol’ tranpa snapped because little Gus kept calling his ‘grandpa’ or ‘pappa’…we all know how fragile these sick mens’ egos are.
