A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

I wish this madness would end, but I'm sure it won't. Tech has billions of dollars at their disposal, they want to push transhumanism, they've fought non stop to curtail any criticism of gender theory on any and all major social media platforms, they've banned any fundraisers for groups fighting transgenderism, they've bribed politicians and governments all over the world. Never in my life have I seen criticism of any social issue banned and blocked SO HARD and SO FAST. All the major "human rights" NGOs are obsessed with tranny/troon/queer rights. It's tied to "environmentalism" as well, somehow, and the campaigns for that also seem shady as fuck.

They will get what they want-- carte blanche to experiment on children, force their agenda on the poor, to promote euthanasia and sterilization for the "useless eaters", all to "transform humanity". They want to OWN our bodies. Our government officials have sold us out to satiate their own personal greed. The tech lords will purchase or be granted all the land, all the water, all the air, and will be given the right to drive the "poors" into an early grave.

It's techno-fascism, techno-feudalism, headed by "queer" CEOs in TECH/STEM, and we women will go extinct first.

And nobody really gives a shit about this, it's just "yes Big Bro I support current thing."

Fuck these shitty organizations. Remember how they used to be about people being tortured for saying the truth in a dictatorship or people starving to death? Now you think I should give a shit about some trust fund kid who smeared some lipstick on his face? Fuck that noise.

Implying 'Helsinki Watch' et al. haven't always been focused on advancing the interests- including perversions- of international capital.

Democrats unveiling ‘Transgender Bill of Rights’
BY ZACH SCHONFELD - 06/28/22 7:12 PM ET

A group of House Democrats on Tuesday announced they would move to codify federal protections for transgender people.

The proposal, dubbed the “Transgender Bill of Rights,” would codify the Supreme Court’s 2020 Bostock v. Clayton County decision that protects employees against discrimination for being gay or transgender.

The proposal would amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to explicitly include protections for gender identity and sex characteristics, expand access to gender-affirming care and ban conversion therapy.

It would also require the attorney general to designate a liaison dedicated to overseeing enforcement of civil rights for transgender people and invest in community services to prevent anti-transgender violence.

Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.), the chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus and co-chair of the Transgender Equality Task Force, said in a statement that the resolution would ensure transgender people can lead “full, happy lives.”

“As we witness Republicans and an extremist Supreme Court attack and roll back the fundamental rights of trans people across our country, and as state legislatures across the country target our trans community with hateful, bigoted and transphobic attacks, we are standing up and saying enough is enough,” Jayapal said.

Jayapal introduced the proposal alongside Reps. David Cicilline (D-R.I.), Marie Newman (D-Ill.), Mark Takano (D-Calif.) and Ritchie Torres (D-N.Y.). The bill has 84 other co-sponsors.

The bill’s proponents cited Friday’s Supreme Court decision overturning the constitutional right to an abortion.

Justice Clarence Thomas wrote in a concurring opinion that the court should also consider overturning some of its other precedents decided under the same substantive due process protections at the heart of Friday’s decision, like rights to same-sex marriage and contraception.

The Bostock decision was not mentioned in Thomas’s concurring opinion and involved a different legal question.

But Thomas’s opinion has caught the eye of many Democrats who believe the Supreme Court’s conservative majority is poised to roll back rights extended to LGBTQ people in past cases.

Democrats supporting the bill also pointed to research from the Human Rights Campaign, the country’s largest LGBTQ advocacy group, showing state legislatures have proposed more than 300 anti-LGBTQ bills in the past year.

The bill is supported by more than 30 organizations, including the Human Rights Campaign, the National Center for Transgender Equality and the National Education Association.

“While some politicians are targeting our community with discriminatory legislation, we are grateful that the members House of Representatives are sending this message to us — and especially to transgender youth — that they affirm our lives and value the contributions we make to our country,” said Rodrigo Heng-Lehtinen, the National Center for Transgender Equality’s executive director. “We deserve to live as who we are without sacrificing our safety, access to health care or enduring violence and discrimination.”

Couldn't attach the video. Was able to download it but I guess it was too big? Almost 20 MB.

Despite the error message, it seemed to walk and talk like a vanilla MP4 on my computer. Where it played fine. 🤷‍♂️

Nice to see Taibbi has stopped being a pussy on this issue.

Of course they can't be bothered *just* to codify Bostock, they have to force a bunch of other bullshit on the public. Who wants to bet that the law can easily be interpreted to force the entire public to play along with trannies' fictional identities?

I am a bit confused by what is meant by something like "sex characteristics."

I am also REALLY confused why the Dems have decided this is the hill they want to die on in the first place. Ninety signed on to this abomination. That must be at least a third of the Dems in the House.

Moneymoneymoneymoneymoney.

It’s that simple.

So, they want to codify shit for trannies before codifying anything for women? And bring up the idea 5 days after Roe v Wade is overturned? coolcoolcool.
Talk about absolutely tone deaf, pro-choice women are losing their ever loving fucking minds, what are Congressional Dems doing? OHHHH DU MUSST SUCHEN SIE DIE GIRLDICH!

Also gays, now that I think about it. Non-discrimination for gays at the federal level was also decided by SCOTUS and could be overturned.

Holy shit, have the Dems officially chosen trannies over gays?

British Triathlon becomes first UK sport to create 'open' category for transgender athletes

Triathlon has become the first British sport to establish a new 'open' category in which transgender athletes will compete.
The British Triathlon Federation confirmed that for athletes over the age of 12, competitive women's events will be reserved "for those who are female sex at birth".
The policy, which will begin from January, will see an 'open' category "for all individuals including male, [male and female] transgender and those non-binary who were male sex at birth."
It will apply to all events where there are prizes, times or rankings at stake, including at the grassroots level of the sport.
Triathlon is an increasingly popular multi-disciplinary participation sport in the UK comprising running, swimming and cycling.
"Where this is competitive activity, fairness is paramount," said Andy Salmon, chief executive of British Triathlon. "Our sport is gender-affected.
"We believe this is the right policy for triathlon in Great Britain, and the right time to publish it. We have taken legal advice and are confident it's legally robust."
British Triathlon said the new approach followed a survey of more than 3,000 members that found 80% were in support of the two categories.
Last week Culture Secretary Nadine Dorries - following similar sentiment from UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson - told the heads of UK sporting bodies that "elite and competitive women's sport must be reserved for people born of the female sex".
However Salmon said its new policy was "free from political pressure" and pre-dated Dorries' comments. A number of British sports bodies are reviewing their transgender eligibility policies.
British Triathlon's new approach also comes just weeks after Fina, swimming's world governing body, voted to stop transgender athletes from competing in women's elite races if they have gone through any part of the process of male puberty.
It is also aiming to establish an 'open' category at competitions, for swimmers whose gender identity is different than their birth sex. Former Great Britain swimmer Sharron Davies, who has argued against transgender participation in women's elite swimming, welcomed Fina's decision. However, Britain's Olympic diving champion Tom Daley said he was "furious" about the new policy.
World Athletics president Lord Coe has hinted his sport will adopt a similar approach later this year.
And the UCI, cycling's governing body, has updated its transgender guidelines to double the period of time before a rider transitioning from male to female can compete in women's races.
Neither British Swimming nor British Cycling have announced any subsequent changes to their policies in line with their international governing bodies.
British Triathlon said in a statement: "Our policy outlines that triathlon is a sport for everyone and that transphobic behaviour will not be tolerated.
"We started this process at the end of 2021 and went through a period of independent consultation… this ensured that, along with the latest research, we heard from our community, key groups and individuals about their views and experiences.
"We are easily and reliably able to observe the advantages - in terms of both performance outcomes and physiology/biology - those athletes who are the male sex at birth have over athletes who are the female sex at birth. We are also a sport made up of three distinct disciplines, each of which have a long history with clear differentials between the performances achieved between males and females.
"We'll now take time to develop guidance for event organisers, clubs, officials and coaches, to share this autumn, before the policy comes into effect from 1 January 2023.
"British Triathlon wants to make clear that it does not tolerate transphobic behaviour, harassment, bullying or hate speech of any kind. Anyone commenting on our policy, should do so with empathy and consideration for all of those who have been involved and who may still have questions and concerns about how the policy impacts them."
Last month, rugby league's governing body also banned transgender women from women's internationals while it does further research on its inclusion policy to "balance the individual's right to participate... against perceived risk to other participants".

Very glad they straight up spoke this truth and didn't waffle around it. Based.
