I just say that anything that isn't/is minimally processed.
OK then, sperg incoming. If you want to get technical, then EVERYTHING we eat is "GMO". Modern broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, cabbage, kale, and kohlrabi all are derived from the same wild mustard plant that was selected for and bred by humans for hundreds or thousands of years for the crops we have today. The same with ancient watermelon, which looks more like this:literally no such thing. literally all the food is poison and tampered with. even if you grow it in your backyard, the seeds are corrupted and GMO'd
even if the ingredients listed seem safe, you dont know if thats accurate or truthful. the same people who sanction that shit are the same people who said cigarettes are safe and say weed is more addictive than cocaine and the oxys werent addictive and that red meat and fat is bad
i just eat bullshit constantly, simply because if im gonna die from what i eat, it might as well taste good. plus, god made all the "bad" shit taste good

My point is, just because something is "GMO" doesn't meant that it is bad, or bad for you. It's when truly evil corporations like Monsanto develop self-terminating hybrids or "round-up ready" crops that encourage excessive pesticide use is where the true problems arise.
Burgers.
the mongols had this thing where they would mix mare milk with horse blood and it would curdle into some weird cheese or yogurt productThe rural Mongolian diet is based.
You kill and dry either a sheep or a camel (but most likely a horse), and spend a year cutting off pieces of it to boil at high heat for hours. There are no fruits nor vegetables, just meat, broth, dairy, and fat.
They dry the meat on racks over several weeks.
Imagine just having your entire diet be pounds and pounds of horse meat, plus horse butter, horse milk, horse yogurt, and pure bright yellow horse fat. Plus the horsemeat is dry aged and probably has some Bleu cheese flavor by the end of the year.
Lots of blood sausage as well. I forgot to mention that.the mongols had this thing where they would mix mare milk with horse blood and it would curdle into some weird cheese or yogurt product
ALL BURGERS ARE BASEDKinda depends.
Burgers cooked at home on the BBQ - based. Even the cheap stuff.
But a lot of the fastfood burgers are sad goyslop, the opposite of based.
Burger that requires two hands of shaquiel o Neil to eat or ability to unhinge your jaw are just embarassing and meme esque.Kinda depends.
