I just say that anything that isn't/is minimally processed. A.K.A. no "goyslop". I don't sperg over GMOs and other things, or overpay for "organic" like some people, but the disturbingly flavored, preserved, and colored shit that passes as "food", especially in the US, is horrifying. The EU is fucked up for many reasons, but one of the things they actually get right for the most part is food standards. 67939519-11777037-image-a-74_1677335784333.jpg

I got a Pit Barrel so I can hot smoke various meats. It's a big fucking bin basically. You put your Meat on hooks and it dangles from these poles over the top of a coal and wood fire. The juices from the meat drip into the fire which helps flavour the meat and keeps the meat from drying out. I use Hickory wood and Lumpwood charcoal I get fresh from local lumberjacks. I've even started chopping my own wood to dry out for BBQs.

I just find something so primarily satisfying about cooking with coal and wood. Smoking up some wonderful Brisket, Duck, and Lamb. Here in the UK there isn't much of a Barbecue culture beyond mediocre grills and frozen sausages. Which is a shame because we have some amazing meat you can get especially in rural areas. And in the covid age of certain wankers being too scared to step outside I feel like a rebel by just sitting in my Garden for hours smoking some ribs, grilling a couple burgers and making some sides with fresh vegetables from my garden.

I've been setting up this secret support network/community of based people in rural areas across the country. We're all supporting each other with goods and services. Trying to get away from Globohomo bullshit. One of the blokes I know is a farmer. He gives me these huge 4-5kg Briskets for free every once in a while as long as I smoke them and give him a portion. These are £40-£50 worth of meat btw. Easily enough to feed a family and have extras for a few days. I've had a couple of Barbecues with other people from the network. And it's just really based to have a big social event where I can be unfiltered, eat nice food, and not worry about snobby overmedicalized, pseudo-intellectual bitches trying to catch me out for wrongthink. It's really helped my mood and made me feel less pessimistic about the state of the world.

literally no such thing. literally all the food is poison and tampered with. even if you grow it in your backyard, the seeds are corrupted and GMO'd

even if the ingredients listed seem safe, you dont know if thats accurate or truthful. the same people who sanction that shit are the same people who said cigarettes are safe and say weed is more addictive than cocaine and the oxys werent addictive and that red meat and fat is bad

i just eat bullshit constantly, simply because if im gonna die from what i eat, it might as well taste good. plus, god made all the "bad" shit taste good

OK then, sperg incoming. If you want to get technical, then EVERYTHING we eat is "GMO". Modern broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, cabbage, kale, and kohlrabi all are derived from the same wild mustard plant that was selected for and bred by humans for hundreds or thousands of years for the crops we have today. The same with ancient watermelon, which looks more like this: this-watermelon-i-bought-v0-ldn6ixziild91.jpg compared to the watermelon we know today. My point is, just because something is "GMO" doesn't meant that it is bad, or bad for you. It's when truly evil corporations like Monsanto develop self-terminating hybrids or "round-up ready" crops that encourage excessive pesticide use is where the true problems arise.

cross breeding and selective breeding for certain traits is not GMO. thats just nature

The rural Mongolian diet is based.

You kill and dry either a sheep or a camel (but most likely a horse), and spend a year cutting off pieces of it to boil at high heat for hours. There are no fruits nor vegetables, just meat, broth, dairy, and fat.

They dry the meat on racks over several weeks.

Imagine just having your entire diet be pounds and pounds of horse meat, plus horse butter, horse milk, horse yogurt, and pure bright yellow horse fat. Plus the horsemeat is dry aged and probably has some Bleu cheese flavor by the end of the year.

the mongols had this thing where they would mix mare milk with horse blood and it would curdle into some weird cheese or yogurt product

Ham & Cheese melt. Unambigously based.

Saying the “Nigger” word as a white guy. Especially in front of black people.

Oh, food? Cornbread and milk.
