Joan Rivers was a woman, yes. A legitimately funny one, who had too much cosmetic surgery and died. Pete Burns, who died of pretty much the same thing, was from of an '80s band called Dead or Alive, and he was quite the pretty boy... but as he got older, he got blowj- Er, duck lips, and looked awful.

I'm with you on the same ancestry choice. Having a Black ancestor is actually, and I'm not being woke, or taking the piss, is more varied, compared to a Paj'... perhaps. I were specifically thinking along the train of theoretical thought of my theoretical great-grandfather being Bajian, or a Cajun. Tough, but relatively easy-going types, but with a pissed off resentful side to 'em.

YOUR question, though? Loved and lost, and never again. That will always be my pick. Can't analyse why, I'll tell you.

It's better to have loved and lost than to never loved at all. One gives you memories that you could cherish forever where as the other remains just a curiosity.
