I think 12 oz. Mouse is horribly underrated, honestly. So, I partially know how you feel. I could say the same for a lot of cartoon BS I tend to pass time with, just to tick off the Animation fan crowd ruining the internet. So... Whatever.

As to contribute something legit (if anime counts, that is.): Rosario x Vampire (especially Season 2) - as if I didn't need another reason to hate anime in general. Code Geass (especially Season 2) is in the same boat for me...

This was the show Danny Antonucci, later of Ed, Edd n Eddy fame, made for MTV when Beavis and Butthead went on hiatus. He actually still likes it, but acknowledges that some things went wrong - namely, they tried to do music video segments like Beavis and Butthead, but since the Grunts couldn't talk, it kind of limited what could be done.

It wasn't popular back then, either.

Here's another cartoon that I looked at for one episode and it's practically forgotten now. Even Nick doesn't re-air this. The Brothers Flub.

For some content, The Secret Diary of Desmond Pfeiffer was legendarily awful, to the point where it was spoofed by Clerks ad nauseam. When Kevin Smith knows your shit sucks, it's time to turn in your proverbial badge and gun. Pfeiffer was a sitcom set during the Civil War, which sounds promising, but when your pilot episode includes a riff on a hanging scene and blackface jokes? Well, that's not going to win you any daytime Emmys. That episode was never aired, but the rest of the show proved to be an underwhelming barrage of half-assed "topical" "humor" like the Clinton sex scandal projected onto the Lincoln Administration. Think an American Blackadder set during the Civil War with Hayden Black as the head writer.

 
If we can share classic TV flops here - well, here's one:

What do you get when you take Japan's biggest pop sensations, team them up with a no-name American comedian, and give them their own variety show?

Pink Lady and Jeff, one of those legendary flops of TV. Along with Supertrain, an ill-fated attempt to replicate The Love Boat on rails, and the American boycott of the 1980 Olympics, this nearly drove NBC into the ground and led to Fred Silverman, the man who'd done so well with Saturday morning, resigning as the head of the network.

Note the lineup of guest stars at the beginning. It's amazing the kind of people you could book on a variety show back then...

As someone who has experienced them (without saying examples, of course - they're pretty obvious!) myself (as someone who watches far too many cartoons *Sigh*...), I know that pain - and I know it well!
It should be noted that a lot of Canadians either prefer American, (most) European fare, and especially anime, over their own (Canadian) shit. That can also be thanks to the fact that Canada has some really shitty content laws in place that result in Canadians cartoons being made for the sake of quantity over quality, just to meet those laws put in place. Hence, why so much of their animated output (save for a few holdouts, and of course, ANYTHING that isn't from the NFBC) sucks so much, overall.
 
I watched one episode of metalocalypse and never touched that show ever again.

Edit: apparently people disagree with my opinion. That's fine, I don't care, but its just not my cup of tea.

Plus, I heard that some of the scummier creators make their cartoons as cheap as possible and pocket the rest of the government money
