The Twitch DMCA Saga (Three Times Resilient!)

There is no way that Dave will go on a podcast where he doesn't have control over every question asked or he will bail the second that Nick asks him how his streaming business has 5-10k in expenses every month/where all the money he was paying towards credit cards went.

For the last couple of years the only time Dave's been in a situation where he can't just lean-in when confronted with something he doesn't want to/can't answer was during the bankruptcy hearing. I don't think he could handle a podcast where he's not in control.

Not counting on it happening, but if it does, oh boy... That could eclipse the 341 hearing.

One must always keep in mind with Nick is that Phil doesn't really get to him the way he does to us. Nick has laughed at him, but was never going to come up with the term "pigroach", or say the kinds of things we say about his fans, or be so disgusted by the relationship between the pigroach and his paypigs. The greatest amount of time Nick spent picking Phil apart that I've seen were over Phil's claims of being in a position to legally body re-streamers and whatnot, and the hospital incident, with Nick talking about having never spent less than four hours in the ER throughout the numerous visits to it from having five children. That's closest I've seen him to looking irritated with Phil being Phil.

Also, when Phil threatens someone, can you really blame them for simply laughing? That stuffed squirrel he puts on his couch is more intimidating than him.

After lil Nicky rissoto has spent months begging DSP to come on the show every time he is in the news. Mr. Unstoppable is finally throwing him a bone. Hopefully the stream won't be dreadfully dry.

Rekieta is a faggot for offering Phil a platform to talk on about this shit.

Nah, TheQuartering was a faggot, because he's a clickbaiting, doughy digital prostitute who just softballed DSP the whole time because he doesn't know what a piece of human excrement Dave is and doesn't want to rock the boat.

Rekieta knows that DSP is scum but is mature enough to approach the topic neutrally, so he can run an honest interview where the lolcow can shit his pants and show everyone how awful he really is without external influence.

Okay, let me spell it out for you.
>Phil makes fun of Nick behind his back
>Nick is still willing to collaborate with and help Phil
How is this not getting cucked?
Not everyone's Phil levels of petty. And besides, Phil reaching out to someone outside his hermit shell is such a rare opportunity, you've just gotta capitalize it.
I just love how Phil's so stressed out about this that he's retconned how bad his previous "antagonists" are because of how badly he has to focus on the here and now. "Tevin's not THAT bad, guys!" after accusing him of being a literal criminal and using him as a scapegoat for your wife problems.

Twitch called me, they said I did nothing wrong and they love my content. So they gave me back my channel and gave me a huge bonus dood. But like not enough to pay my taxes, so you guys should keep donating so I can back my taxes.
No he made more, therefore he needs more money to pay the taxes on that money. Cause who honestly sets aside money for taxes from the cash they're receiving?

Indeed.

That said, we're hardly in the wrong for noting that Phil is a selfish, ungrateful, hypocritical prick who is only remotely deserving of sympathy in this case because of the method being used to hurt him, and anyone merely wanting a ratings boost out of him appearing on their podcast at a time like this is hardly in the wrong for using him in that way. It's not like he's reaching out to people like Nick because he has learned his lesson. He's doing it because he's oblivious, entitled, and probably a bit scared.

Though in thinking on that last bit, I'm betting it's more that he's upset about discovering that buying into the pigroach luck meme was a bad idea. For all his talk about trolls fucking his life up so much, Phil has obviously not really felt like anything other than Teflon in quite some time. He didn't think this kind of thing would actually happen, he just used the target on his back for sympathy from his paypigs. Now he's having to deal with what it's like to actually be the guy he paints himself as, and he can't take it.

Is his twitch still down? Last time it came back faster and it was saturday.

Yup, still down.
