He will stick to anything to get attention and views, and like Phil has no pride.
He used to do internet bloodsport stuff with Ralph, Andy, Dick and Zoom.
Also everytime I saw him talk about any lawsuit outcome he was wrong. He will hype up how fucked someone is, and be wrong. Sure he might say "OR HE COULD NOT BE" but come the fuck on.

Instead of DSP gets away or Twitch bans him how about option C. DSP gets banned and through a sequence of events unintentionally bumbles into causing the destruction of Twitch and Amazon and the repeal of DMCA?

I think people are just annoyed that Phil keeps shitting on these people, yet when he needs them he expects everyone to help him.
During his bankruptcy he went on several rants about Nick, even said he would piss in his mouth or something like that.
And yesterday he wanted to contact Rich for help, who he fucking hates and would likely not piss on were he on fire.

The last interaction either of them had with one another was Phil asking Nick for help. Unsure how that's a cucking on Phil's part, or how giving him a platform to a different audience is stooping in any capacity really.

Oh, this is just fantastic. I love it. Not the fact that a broken system is being abused, but the fact that someone being able to actually fuck with the pig has this kind of reaction from him. Today is going to be great, because no matter what the response is from someone at Twitch, if there even is one, it probably won't be what Phil wants, and we know what happens when he doesn't get what he wants, especially after receiving a punch in the face: a big-ass temper tantrum, like the fat blubbering 38 year-old toddler that he is.
That's why I'm not more irritated about the impetus of this. The fact that someone like Superhound can use a DMCA claim to harm someone else is gross, always has been, whether the one being harmed is a piece of shit themselves or not. But as I've said before, it didn't matter what Phil's pig nose got bloodied with, he was going to handle it with the exact same lack of dignity and grace. Today, no matter what the response from Twitch is (if there even is one), it's more than likely not going to be 100% to Phil's liking, and we know what happens then: more salt. More bad judgment. More saying stupid things that leave him more vulnerable. More actions on his part that bring him closer to severing ties with Twitch (without it actually being his plan).
This matters because, more than likely, it's not going to be Superhound's actions that harm Phil the most here: it's going to be Phil himself. In the event that Twitch doesn't respond at all today, I doubt that the pigroach will stick to his word and really leave, but I'm sure he will continue his "I'll do it!" act. He will do something dumb, he will take his toddler behavior to another level. That's what he's doing right now, he's a little kid mad at his mom, packing up his belongings, making a big show of it, pretending that he's about to run away, and the more his mom calls his bluff the closer he gets to actually doing it because he's too stupid and stubborn to give up trying to manipulate his mom like that even though it's obviously not going to work.
I eagerly await seeing how much closer he gets to laying his chubby little hand on the door handle, bag slung over his shoulder, looking at mom, unconvincingly going: "Last chance..."

Because Phils version of making fun of nick was stating live on stream he was going to give Nick a golden shower.
Nick got a lot of pahsitive khantributions during his last few streams talking about Phil, he'd be a dumbass to not try to monetise this.

I'd hardly call talking shit on his stream and on Twitter as "behind Nick's back". He also asked for his help on Twitter about 48 hours ago. And I'm not sure where you get the impression Nick would invite him on his show specifically to help him. I've never watched any IBS and even I know that's not how things work.
Not everything is about machismo masquerading as personal integrity. Sometimes you just want a laugh and to get paid at the same time.

Phil's the one who went to rekieta so ball's in his court regarding any terms. I think there's potential for it to be interesting at least. But rek has to ensure it's on his terms and not roll over for Phil. Also has to be live.
