Can't go wrong with a juicy red apple and a glass of milk or lightly sugared squash personally, though on gym days a palak (Spinach) omelette with some curry seasonings as a treat is brilliant.

Also as much as we meme on him for his shittery, Jamie Oliver's 'Granola Dust' is actually quite good and I've had it as a porridge base with fresh fruit, in drink form, and as my favourite - healthy-ish yoghurt pots.

As much as he's failed in the restaurant business and was roundly despised for making school lunches less tasty, he does at least encourage the inexperienced and low-income to cook and every so often he has some recipes I'd call bangers. Can attest to the granola dust based ones at least. You could probably also sprinkle it into pancakes if you're into that.

Most weekdays begin with either a protein shake or bar and a multivitamin.
The weekends are when I make 'eggs in a basket'. Sometimes I make a sandwich with the egg in a basket as the top piece of bread. On very rare occasions I will make waffles. On less rare occasions, if there is leftover pizza from the night before, I will reheat a couple slices in the waffle iron until the slice is nice and crispy. Pizza waffles... mmm....

Usually I have a bagel with either butter or cream cheese, and a cup of yogurt.

Sometimes I do a "leftover omelet" with an egg and whatever I have in the fridge leftover that sounds like it would go in an egg... leftover philly steak fixings, fajita toppings, a diced up leftover hotdog and cheese, whatever, and then I'll probably have toast with that.

When I have the time, my "dream breakfast", as it were, is a plate of crispy hashbrowns with onions, sausage (patties or links, not fussy), a fried egg, and some pumpernickle or other black bread or rye bread, toasted.

I don't eat breakfast often because of my work hours, but when I have the chance, some cast iron fried bacon strips, a couple sausage links cooked in the bacon grease, and a fried egg or two with toast, or instead of eggs sometimes I'll do biscuits with gravy. Sometimes I'll do breakfast burritos. My local butcher also sells maple flavored bratwursts and they're pretty damn good as a breakfast food. I'm not gonna burn charcoal for a couple breakfast brats but they cook up pretty good in the air fryer.

Mock egg and sausage mcmuffins are also pretty easy to make, I don't even have an egg holder, I use tuna cans that I've cut both sides off of and washed, works just as good as an actual egg holder. Perfect dimensions for an English muffin sandwich to.

I don't hunt turkey every year and I don't always get one when I do, but ground turkey leg mixed with apple makes a delicious lean sausage breakfast patty.

Usually I wake up early for work, so a snack, then when I get home, scrambled eggs with cheese, a glass of milk, and recently toast. It's been helping with my weight honestly

I'm not really a fan of McDonald's, but I'll be damned if the sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle isn't one of the best things on the planet.

Asmongold steak with scrambled eggs, blackberries/strawberries, hot tea and some of those onion tater tots you can throw in the oven makes a fantastic quick, cheap and easy meal.
