This morning, I just had a multi-vitamin, a vitamin D tablet and two lion's mane tablets. Normally I'd just have a bowl of cereal but today I'm having lunch with a friend and want to be have an empty stomach going into it.

Breakfast is usually a couple of eggs fried over medium, toast and black coffee. I’m hardly home in the mornings to cook a decent breakfast, so usually I just grab either a bagel and cream cheese or a sausage egg McMuffin and coffee

Stale bread rolls that have gone hard crushed into soured (cultured) milk, sprinkled with sugar. This is an actual Norwegian dish.

Sunny side up eggs, whole wheat toast with butter, peanut butter and jelly and black coffee.

As much as I don’t want to give them credit for anything, a good English breakfast is one of the nicest ways to wake up in the morning.

Fibre cereal with chopped dates, a few slices of kielbasa and a cuppa coffee or tea depending on mood. Gets me going and keeps my shits enjoyable.

I prefer to eat light in the mornings, either Life cereal or a cup of plain yogurt with honey or jam and granola plus a banana if I feel more hungry. If I wake up more hungry I like to make oatmeal with fruit.
Sometimes I'll snack on something in the mid-morning before I have my coffee since it makes me more jittery on an empty stomach.

Usually when I have "breakfast food" it's actually at lunchtime, I love eggs and bacon as a post-workout meal. And buttermilk biscuits with pork sausage patties are one of my favorite dinners.

A cigarette while the coffee brews, scrambled egg (sunnyside up if I don't have the shakes), toast, and yogurt or cottage cheese. An apple or banana if I could be fucked to eat them.

That's like 3 days a week.

Other than that just coffee, a tablespoon of bitters, a smoke, and some jerky.

I gotta say, those Monterey breakfast burritos are pretty decent for a quick breakfast and pretty satisfying. 280 calories for some eggs, potatoes, sausage, and cheese.
If I have time, a couple of easy over eggs or a scramble.

I don't eat breakfast but I drink two cups of earl grey. I'm just not hungry in the morning and if I eat breakfast feels like it's slowing me down. This is not an "intermittent fasting" thing though but those cooks might have a point.

If I ever eat breakfast it's at times when I can lay down and relax afterwards. What I like then is some nice fresh baked(still hot) or toasted bread with butter melting on it, port salut and some bitter orange marmalade with lots of rind in it. The kind children hates.
Or the same thing with mackerel in tomato sauce instead of marmalade, it so very good.

During the week I skip breakfast and usually just chug a couple cups of homemade black coffee (usually french press). On the weekends I really like to go all out sometimes and make like a spinach, feta, chicken omelette (or sandwich) with bacon or sausage on the side and a cup of fresh fruit.

I like to workout first then smoke a bowl and get good and hungry while I'm cooking. It's a pretty relaxing and rewarding way to start a Saturday, especially if I have a mild hangover and I'm trying to sweat it out at the gym and then get a nice meal into the gut.

I don't eat immediately.

Usually have a pint of water and a decaf coffee or tea when I get up. Eat maybe an hour and a half later, usually a few sausages or a slice off a bacon loin thrown in the air fryer in work and a coffee

Most days I just mix leftovers from the day before into fried rice or porridge depending on the wetness level of the leftovers. On the rare days when there aren't any leftovers, I make french toast.
