I've written a poem some of you may enjoy, a parody of My Favorite Things:
Footage on train tracks and hanging on railcars,
Leaning back leading to collisions with bars,
Mimicking the scenes which Bollywood brings:
These are a few of my favourite Singhs.
Diving headfirst into puddles of water,
Worshipping cows taking them to the slaughter,
Touching the power lines leads to some stings:
These are a few of my favourite Singhs.
Risking their lives without least reservation,
It will be resolved by reincarnation,
Ignoring every warning that rings:
These are a few of my favourite Singhs.
Akshit scammed while scamming;
Ranjeet driving, crashing;
Manpreet's visa denied;
I watch some more of my favourite Singhs
And never once I've cried.
When in the gas stations,
When at the hotel desks,
Next to eighteen-wheelers,
I recall more of my favourite Singhs
And wish them even worse.
