Indeed. So long as people whose brains are scrambled due to defect or substance or whatever are...

a) Not given proper parenting and discipline when they chimp out​

b) Not given proper schooling and guidance in "how to live your life without making everyone else on the planet want to strangle you" skills​

c) Society hands them easy access to "act like a fucking retard without apparent consequence" cards by virtue of demographic or belief or simply being a retard in and of itself​

The future of observing lolcows is a bright one. Western governments are encouraging lolcow behaviour at record rates, producing more and more each year. The rate is so high that lolcow watching may become a spectacle for the elite and the small number of non-cow normies, as the percentage of the population who are lolcows inches closer to 100%
