Will the traditional understanding of cowhood continue to persist into the near future, or will the old generation of cows be buried beneath layers of boring discord drama and personal army requests?

"Classic lolcows" came from that magical time of Web 1.0 when the internet was starting to go widespread, but it wasn't a "normie" thing.

Smartphones and social media changed that.

Nope. It's all confused neoliberal Twitter trannies who claim they're communists of some sort. The classic style of lolcow is dead.

In the near future, and if judgement days comes (and that's a big if), lolcows are the first to go to hell, we may not have kiwifarms in heaven but atleast there will no longer be society's leeches in heaven.

Only god knows when this day comes.

Considering carbonation grimace exists, I'd say that "classic lolcows" remain a thing, they are simply supplemented, but not supplanted, by a swathe of new types of which there are a lot more who are a lot less unique.

The future of observing lolcows is a bright one. Western governments are encouraging lolcow behaviour at record rates, producing more and more each year. The rate is so high that lolcow watching may become a spectacle for the elite and the small number of non-cow normies, as the percentage of the population who are lolcows inches closer to 100%

I am horrified by the thought that lolcows could become the norm.

There's always going to be more fascinating individuals out there flaunting their more unhinged tendencies or unique interests, so we'll always be able to have some good old fashioned chuckles when they come about. If there is any burnout I think it'll be because so many cows are prominent in more mainstream social/political/industrial controversies nowadays so you end up encountering them outside of "hey, look at this retard" contexts.

People like Ralph/Yaniv/Vaush/every other political grifter/culture-war personality are all a bunch of spergs who do funny shit in a vacuum, but when I end up seeing shit about how I'm supposed to be supporting them or angry at them or whatever outside KF in my day-to-day life I just end up losing interest altogether. Weird schizos and failing YouTubers are more fun.

This site will shut down due to it being run by lolcows that pissed off other lolcows. When the mods weren't baning and neutering what its users can say or do. Lolcows will always be lolcows.

As a lolcow in generation Z, I don’t think you’ll be running out of cows any time soon. Although, I think there are tiers to cows. I reckon you’ll eventually run out of cows on Chris Chan’s level for example, because our generation is a lot more clued up on shit like getting therapy and supporting people who have disabilities & therefore can’t make proper decisions online.
However, you’ll probably still have cows but I reckon they’ll be different types cows. Everyone has dirt on them at the end of the day. Most of them will probably (hopefully) come from Tiktok & have blue hair and septum piercings.
