most women are being harmed by continuously using the pill/depo/other pharma options.
I had a friend who took Depo. She went over the two required years because she was uninsured and couldn't afford anything else at the time (she has an IUD, they didn't give her any numbing). It gave her brain fog and crumbled her bones.
TL;DR: study authors say no current evidence shows birth control has an adverse impact on mood and mental health; more evidence needed to substantiate reports by users that it does.
Was it the Danish study, by any chance? That's the one that used 2 million women.

So I’m thankfully easy. Had the pill. Then IUD.

PL:
Then pulled that IUD, had a misscarriage, divorce, new IUD. I’m doing great with it. The IUD I mean. It’s a hormone one, which helps with the MDD and other shit, so I think most women have an hormonal imbalance anyways nowadays

It was the study Arm Pit Cream linked in the second post ITT. Everyone's debating over it, including the other person you responded to, but nobody has actually clicked the link and read what it says.

I don't even disagree that birth control has negative side effects. I just wish people would read.
