Borderlands 2
You defeat Handsome Jack and get promises of more adventures with our Vault Hunters in the future through the cosmos as they hunt for more vaults now that we have a map showing their locations all over.
"No Rest for the wicked...~"
Besides, the credits music afterwards is just the tits.
{}
Gives you the perfect "oh yeah, we are the best..." feel.
Ironically enough, 6 is mostly bitter than sweet.
The world is irreversably fucked up thanks to Kefka. Magic, which would help quite a lot in fixing it, is gone. All magical creatures and espers are dead, Terra only survived because of her human half (hell, originally she WAS meant to die at the ending but they changed their minds last second) and all there is left is hope things will get better now Kefka is gone.
I will always respect 6 for having the guts to say no to an outright happy ending.

Final Fantasy VI: Yeah it's kind of your typical 'good guys defeat bad guy, now everything is going to get better' ending, but I've always loved it. Sometimes, an ending doesn't need some subtle twist or some gut punch moment, sometimes just having the good guys win is the best ending.
