Honestly, some of this comes off as untreated narcissism than anything else. I'd understand making the occasional post about your potato'd child. But given how they've centered their entire personality around that it, I doubt if shifting that part of their focus onto something else wouldn't necessarily stop them from competing with hardly anyone else for that kind of attention
Oppositional defiant disorder has always been such a strange and useless diagnosis to me. It’s like “I, your mental health professional, hereby diagnose you with Raging Cunt Disorder,” when the kid always has lead poisoning or fetal alcohol syndrome or a birth injury or a particularly difficult strain of autism, or, my guess in this case, plain old retardation + severe abuse of some kind.
The video doesn't discuss ANY medical details about ANY of the kids. It's literally like "they have a rare genetic disorder that mimics autism and lead poisoning". So we don't know if it's "just" autism and ADHD, or if he's traumatized. Maybe I'm an ableist bitch but adopting 6 disabled children is too much for me. One or two, maybe three. Fine. But 6? 3 of those children require constant physical attention, meanwhile the older ones require constant mental attention. She adopted a boy with shaken baby syndrome, where there are boys, who could reshake him.... The lead paint sons seem very nice, but still they are low IQ and might hurt the younger children on accident.

The "ODD" son is probably acting out because it's the only way he can get attention.
I thought those were conjoined twins. If he's only doing shorts, then he's probably not making enough. I'm not defending him, just saying. This child would most likely need a top-notch neurosurgeon. Even medical transport would cost a lot, you can't just put such kid in a car. At this point it's probably more than 1 neurosurgery, I don't think you can make enough money from shorts alone, even if you have decent sponsors.
This child is going to die. this is not a condition that can be corrected at this point, and any treatment is delaying the inevitable. she should be on end of life care to keep her comfortable, but the family probably can't even afford that.
It's actually because a lot of people go through a psycho phase and then grow out of it. You don't want to label them for life, hence the ODD label for psycho kids. They usually get better.
